These traps arrived the day after I ordered them. So easy to use and worked well. We have so many wasps hanging around our hummingbird/oriole feeders that the birds had a hard time using the feeders. I put sugar water in the traps and hung them near the feeders. It didn’t take long for the wasps to enter the traps. They buzzed around for several hours until I decided to put a drop of dish washing liquid inside(I squeezed it through the opening). Within 5 minutes(or less) all of the wasps were dead in the water. We recommend these traps-just remember to put a drop of dish soap in with whatever liquid you use so the little buggers drown.Read more

One trap was perfect and one was damaged and didn’t have half of the parts and was broken. The one trap that was in good condition worked amazingly well. As soon as I set it up outside, the wasps went to it immediately. This morning the trap is full. Too bad the other trap is broken. I don’t want to have to send them back to get my refund because I am using the one that is not defective.Read more

Gets the job done. I use apple juice and a hot dog cut in half. Just be sure to keep the liquid no higher than the fill line on the container or the wasps may climb out. I placed the traps near fence posts in my yard where I’ve noticed a lot of wasp activity and after a few days I’ve had 20-25 wasps in each trap. After the first day or two I only had a few, but then the traps started to fill. If you’re not catching anything after a few days try a new location, and definitely try apple juice and hot dogs. I’ve tried lots of other sugary liquids and none seem to catch as many as apple juice. Perhaps that’s because apples are a fruit they commonly feed from in nature. And so far I’ve not noticed any honey bees in the traps.Read more

The bell hornets this year were hurendous actually attacking me & the humming birds. This 100% works. Place 6feet from feeders &used sugar water(just like in hummer feeders). Caught 100’s of above once they found it. Emptied once twice a week. Wasps as well. Still have them out as of 10/20/21 but not much out there now need to remove &clean. I am ready for next summer & wish I had bought these earlier in summer because of the hummers. Tried beer in them…use sugar water…it works.Read more

I set these up outside my house. The second night, I was outside and watched a wasp climb in. Nice! It took stock of my bait, buzzed around a while, and then just left the same way it came in. This is a wasp feeder, not a wasp trap. Basically the last thing on earth you want.Read more

I have used the beehive kind of wasp catchers before, and these are far superior. They aren’t as cute, but way more sturdy, and I can fill them with more fluid. They caught wasps in the first hour. I even ordered more!Read more

These traps are HORRIBLE, the only thing that I would change would be to BURN THE TRAP. Not sure why there is a solar panel with light, that does not work not even sure why you would need it. Overall I wish I had NEVER ordered.Read more
