These are my new favorite binoculars! I am a boater and was looking for some easy to use high powered and yet water resistant binoculars for spotting markers, surveying the shore and many other uses while at sea. The image quality is great and the eye pieces and frame easily adjust to the user. They are supposedly waterproof which I love because things have a way of ending up in the water sooner or later and I am not afraid to use them in a squall or spray when I may need them most. They are NOT advertised as floating so I attached a floating binocular strap as I would hate to lose them. GET THESE BINOCULARS! You will be very happy with your purchase.Read more

These are not 20×50 binoculars! They are maybe 8×42 binoculars. The excellent reviews this product receives must be by well intentioned people who don’t have another pair to compare them with. The first number (20) is the power, so the higher number, the more magnification. The second number is the lens size, so the higher the number, the bigger the lens and therefore the more light they let in. When I compared these Ronhan’s to a pair of Nikon 10×50s (1st photo), you can see that the Ronhan’s lens shape is smaller (2nd photo, Ronhan on left). This means they are not 50s and possibly 42s. Furthermore, the Ronhan pair claims right on the product that they are 20 power, but as you can see, they are maybe 8 power (Nikon is the 3rd photo and Ronhan is the 4th photo).Read more

These are very clearly 10x zoom, not a 20x zoom as advertised. I have compared them to multiple 10x zoom binoculars and they have the same zoom. I don’t know how people can get away with such dishonesty. These are 10 x 50 binoculars, not 20 x 50.Read more

I’m honestly shocked at how good these are. I don’t know what “expensive” binoculars are like, but I can’t imagine they’re much better than these! These are crystal clear. Not super heavy. I have many types of binoculars and always wanted a pair of 20×50’s. At this price, I couldn’t say no. These are one of the best pair I own now. Ocular alignment is precise, image quality is spot on and they feel very sturdy when handling. Low light conditions are not a problem and the adjustments are quick and precise. These are a home run. The only drawback I see is that there is no threaded tripod mount but I don’t use or need one. There are tripods available with clamp mount mechanisms that would work fine.Read more

Unit appears solid, visual quality seems good. Seems strange they would advertise it as 20X magnification given my 10X Pentax bino’s are much higher powered than these? I would assume these are closer to 6X. Perhaps for use in low light this is a justifiable purchase. I will know more once I test further.Read more
