Not impressed. I needed this to help give pills to my dog recovering from surgery. The pill gun did not hold the pills they kept falling off the end – several different sizes (capsules etc.) I would not recommend this product.Read more

I found that it was a lot easier just to push this little six pound poodle’s pill down his throat with my forefinger. Sometimes he would take his pill if I put a little butter on it. Sometimes he would take his pill if I hid it in a little chuck of roast beef. Otherwise, these little pill pushers are just a gimmick and don’t really work that well.Read more

It worked for our crabby old (lovable) cat, though it doesn’t dispense small pills well. We had to freeze his pill in some food to make it a larger size then dispense it.Read more

I’ve done everything to get my toy poodle to take his pills including: stuffing pills into Cheetos, apple pie pieces, carnitas, yes, you get it. Trying to insert a pill by hand was traumatizing for both of us. With the green tool, it goes to the back of his tongue, and presto. Plus, the plastic on the end is soft so I don’t worry about scraping the inside of his mouth. Thanks!Read more
