The Builder in my area didn’t do any Rock remediation before they planted. My soil is filled with rocks that dwell a few inches under the soil. Regular landscape staples will immediately Bend when I try to hammer them in. This was the second time I’ve ordered heavy duty Staples to hold down my landscape fabric. These are the best garden staples I’ve ever used. We have a case of Rampaging Squirrels in my neighborhood and the staples I had before were too short so the little… creeps could dig them up. They so far have been stymied by these ones. I do expect them to construct tiny crow bars by the end of the season but by then I too will have evolved and this seige phase will last until the squirrels figure out how to pick locks. At that point, honestly, I’ll either give up gardening or buy a Reaper Drone on the black market, though by then Amazon might be selling them– if so, I’ll review it then.Read more

Very sturdy and strong, points are VERY sharp (use caution when digging to get them out of the box). Metal is a little slick, so may have a hard time staying in if you have very loose or fluffy soil. We used them to stake down a drip system in a raised bed. They worked, but had to use more of them than expected because the new soil was quite loose. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Will probably buy again.Read more

When you’re laying out an irrigation system for your garden you want the main hose to stay where you put it. These clamps are very easy to use, go deep into the ground and stay put. I would recommend to a friend.Read more

These look great but if you hit even a pc of gravel or anything they just bend out of shape and won’t work. I bought a different brand earlier and they all went in and held without a problem but I wanted to add some more stakes in between those and these looked like a better deal. I started using fabric/garden spikes last year and since I have found other uses besides holding weed barrier fabric down – I ran out and needed more. Ordered these and WOW! What a difference in quality from others I’ve purchased. These will last a long time! Very sturdy. I doubt they will bend too much if they hit small stones when pounding them into the ground.
