A fiercely competitive, magnet-powered, highly addicting, Pinball’ish game! A Game of Cat & Mouth is all about fast-flinging and quick thinking with a touch of precision. In Exploding Kitten’s first two-player game, the first player to land all of the balls of one color onto your opponent’s side wins! It’s like air hockey, but instead of air and hockey, it’s cats and rainbows! It’s cutthroat multiplayer pinball.

I got this for my 11year old son birthday and we all love it! It’s very funny, easy to understand, easy to install. The only problem we have is that the score wheel doesn’t stay put on one side so we have to remember the score ourselves and can’t use the wheel I advise to play far from a sofa or a place where the balls may roll under and to make sure to clean the balls though or they’ll get all the dustRead more

My great granddaughter (age 3) loves this game and so do I. She’s a very busy girl so I didn’t know if she would sit still for it, but she enjoys playing with me for about 15-20 minutes. She likes switching the paws and setting up the game. We make our own rules and it’s a good way to learn taking turns. Highly recommend if you want a quick and active game for children.Read more

It’s made from the same stuff board games are made of (hard cardboard). So, it should last a couple of years before it starts to fade or fall apart. The plastic parts (arms/balls) will last forever. We were missing some balls and both arms (both needed to play). Amazon/MFR, sent a new game without any issues. Kudos to both companies. ThanksRead more

Great new camper game for our semi adult children and family. Good for just flinging balls at each other, playing with just 2 at the table, or tournament style with fun adult variations for the over 21 kids. Had it on our last trip and we had good laughs and great times. Don’t loose the balls.Read more

My 5 year old son is indomitable at this game. If you miss 1 shot he crushes you. 10/10 would buy again. I do wish that the game was made out of longer lasting materials. We’ve not seen any wear yet but with small kids, I’d love to see more durable options.Read more

It’s been such a fun game to play with my 6 and 12 year old so far, not sure if it would be as fun for older kids. Maybe adults if they had a couple of drinks.Read more

My 8 year old son is cat mad and it is difficult to find something cat related for boys so I was so glad to find this game! It is really well designed, simple to play and lots of fun. The magnetic mechanism for flicking the four yellow balls with the cat’s paw works really well. You win by either flicking the black ball from the nose, or three cats “teeth” (white balls), or if you happen to land your four yellow firing balls into your opponents side leaving them with 8 yellow balls. (Your 4 and their 4). It’s easiest to win by knocking the nose ball out, and as a consequence the game can be quick. When finished It folds at the end of the game, but it’s a bit hit and miss as you have to align everything perfectly for it to close nicely. But get this right and it’s a nice neat box, although could be a tad bigger for the paws. I can see this being good for Christmas as you could in theory play in teams. It’s different and fun and almost purrrfect.Read more

This is a fantastic game that’s fun, well put together with good quality components. It’s so quick to set up and learn that on our first time playing the game we kept having round after round as we got super competitive! I cannot recommend it enough! Because Cat and Mouth is so easy to get into and get carried away with and resort to panic ball pinging, the little balls can occasionally ping out and onto the floor. So on that basis I would say this is a game to play at home, not the pub or board game cafe. We’re the type of people who like to have a mix of different types of games available to suit how we’re feeling. This was bought for when we’re tired, only have a little time or had a drink or two. It’s a firm favourite in our household

My wife and I regularly have Cat and Mouth match nights. Given that we could have no one for Christmas, this became everything. It’s so quick to set up, quick to play and so completely hectic once you start. Who thought that flicking balls could be so much fun? Can’t recommend enough and suitable for anyone.Read more

I got this game because I love Exploding Kittens. The game is easy to learn and fun to play. It does get stressful when you are desperately trying to knock a certain colour ball into the opposition area, only for them to be one ball away from winning. It’s a good combination of tactics, luck and cursing your opposition for being faster than you. The packaging is fantastic as well. I love a games company that thinks about how its product going to be stored.Read more

Really frustrating game. There’s little that you can do to alter the trajectory of the ball so just dumb luck where it goes. My son he never wanted to play it again.Read more
