Apple with it’s wisdom claims to not include a charger on the new iphone 12. to be green. Coming from a iphone 8, the charger will not adequately charge the 12. I wanted to buy aftermarket, which is less money. However, if for some reason the aftermarket one damages my phone, will Apple cover it under wrrty? Perhaps not. So I felt compelled to buy Apple brand. Once it is out of wrrty, then aftermarket is for me. Apple could have included a voucher to come to a store or nearby retailer and receive a power adapter. This trillion dollar company should have included the adapter with the phone in some form or fashion. You spend $800 for a phone and then you have to get your own charger. Shame on them.Read more

This power adapter is for USB-C cable (all iPhones up to the 11th model has a USB-A cable) and so, if you have an iPhone 8 or an iPhone xr, you need to buy a USB-C cable for this power adapter.Read more

I know many people are upset with having to purchase a new power adapter. However, this adapter runs at 20w opposed to the regular one that runs at 5w. Your phone will charge stupidly fast now. Overall this is a really nice thing to have and would recommend purchasing this adapter.Read more

Let me be clear, the product itself is great. Authentic and fast charging power adapter for my new iPhone 12. However, it’s should be free. It’s a shame on Apple. What’s the point of providing a cable alone without the adapter? I would actually feel better if they increase the price the phone by 20 bucks and have everything ready for customers.Read more

Only charges the iPhone 12 Pro Max at 20 watts!!! Got this for my iPhone 12 Pro and it charges it at 18 watts!! Suuuuper unfortunate that apple doesn’t tell you this? Also thanks for saving the environment by not including this in the box! Forget about your mining precious minerals all over the world for phones that last 2-3 years until they’re automatically slowed down. Good stuff Apple!Read more

Nothing wrong with the product BUT!! I bought the Pro Max and it came with a USB-C Wire which is fair but no power adapter. I’ve never had a USB-C charger before and after paying 1400 for a phone I’d expect one.Read more
