When I bought this, I saw it works for Liftmaster Garage Door Openers, but missed the critical detail that it works ONLY for Liftmasters with YELLOW learn buttons. So of course it didn’t work for my Liftmaster with a RED learn button. Yes, my bad for not thoroughly reading every word of the advertisement. But in this era when the majority of generic control devises operate all makes and models, what use is a device that only works for ONE model of ONE manufacturer?? i’m guessing that a lot of shoppers like me who are quickly scanning for the least expensive remote door opener compatible with Liftmaster are being suckered into buying a device that is worthless to them. Another beef is that it came in a generic cellophane wrapper like you’d expect with a piece of jawbreaker candy, with no instructions how to sync it up with the garage door opener, and nothing at all written on the device – not even the name of the manufacturer. It does have a nice yellow dot on it. though.Read more

The instruction book for the 7675 warned in large type that only MyQ and remotes with Security 2+ will work with the opener. The description for this product said it would work with any LiftMaster with a yellow learn button but said nothing about MyQ or Security 2+ (although other product descriptions specifically mentioned Security 2+ compatibility). Fortunately, the Amazon description was correct. Programming was a breeze and now I don’t have to get out to open the garage door. 4 stars only because I haven’t had the products long enough to talk about reliability or design issues. Would/might upgrade in the future. Price/value is very good relative to similar Amazon product offerings.Read more

Need an extra Chamberlain door opener with yellow learn button that is simple to set up? This is it. I timed it. Got it out of the delivery box, dug out ladder (that took the most time), read the instructions, pushed the button on opener, pushed button on remote, tested it, repeat since I had 2 remotes. Done. 5 minutes. Minimal packaging. Two remotes with visor clips and a small piece of paper with instructions all in a small sealed plastic bag. Now my daughter has one for her car and we have one by our bedroom so we can close the door when we forget.Read more

I purchased these to replace my OEM units from Chamberlain. When I first purchased the garage door opener a few years ago, the vibration from the buttons hanging from my visors was annoying. The buttons were made very cheaply. I called Chamberlain and discussed this with them and they mailed me two new openers. Now I had four openers with three buttons on each unit. The new units rattled as well. Mind you – I drive a brand new truck with less than 2500 miles on it – so it isn’t like my vehicle is bouncing all over the place. In comes these… I purchased them because they were cheap enough, and figured, what the heck… They do not rattle – they are good quality units. They work well. I am so happy to not hear rattling anymore from the internals of the buttons, and it’s nice to only have a single button as I only have a single door. Good purchase overall.Read more

Moved in to my new home in July. Previous owners only left one remote which was a pain since I get home before my wife and had to go through the front door every day. Saw these and thought for 16 bucks I’d give them a try. Easy to program and works just as good as the factory remote. Now I got a spare for guest. Highly recommend.Read more

Once I connect to my garage door opener with “yellow button”, these remotes are working but the edge of the button doesn’t work so I have to push here and there. Well, I have to admit that both remotes are working as opening the garage. However, in order to connect my cars, I have to use remote but these don’t work. Only the original Chamberlain remote works. So, if you want to have extra remotes to just open the garage door, this is fine. But make sure to keep the original one to connect to your cars.Read more

OK, I purchased these to use with my Liftmaster Reciever Kit. However they would not work with my Volvo Homelink and I had to go buy a Chamblerlain 950ESTD unit. They they workd. Had Iknow that I would have not purchased them. Repeat they are not homelink compatible. I kept them to use when I go walking or for cars that don’t have home link.Read more

Yes, these work just as good as the OEM ones. The plastic feels the same and not flimsy/flex etc…These remotes include the big Yellow sticker on back- to remind you they have to be ‘paired’ to the Yellow light on front of the main opener unit of garage. I felt the instructions were to the point and logical. I paired both remotes in 2 mins. Batteries are included and states good for 5-years of normal use. If you have any thing but a ‘Yellow’ Light to press on the Opener unit (attached to garage ceiling), they Will not work. Hope this helps. Thanks ASONPAO.Read more
