I’ve always had a 5ft. least for my Shiba, but recently hers was giving out and all I could find was a 6ft. What a difference a foot makes. Did not like. I stumbled upon this one. Did not think I would like the padded handle but oh my is it a game changer. And the reflective material is amazing as during the colder months we are walking in the dark (I wear a headlamp) and every bit of reflection helps. It also seems to be holding up well – no fraying! We’ve had our nylon leashes so long they got knotted over the years. We purchased two of these Baapet leashes and they are excellent. They are flat so not as flexible where they can twist up. They stay straight when walking the dogs and do not get caught on their feet or tails. The handle has nice padding to cushion the hand hold. Recommend!Read more

I bought the pink and gray leashes to go with different harnesses. The pink one is actually bright neon pink, not regular pink. The gray one is a dark smoky blue. In the picture it looked gray-blue but much lighter than it is in person. The 5’ leashes are also 5’2”. Not a big deal but if you’re used to a 5’ leash you might notice the difference.Read more
