She loves it. the hole in the center makes it easy for her to grap and hold onto and then she has the trunk, head and feet to chew on. My granddaughter was gifted a chihuahua puppy who seems to enjoy chewing on everything! She loves chewing on her “Elly”. It seems durable and is actually easy for her to grip with her little paws. It has worked a lot better than doggy chew toys
