I bought these bamboo “paper” towels as it seemed a pretty great deal. I use a LOT of paper towels. My main goal was savings, although I’m pretty happy with a bit of environment saving, too, plus I really like the bamboo products I’ve bought in the past. Here’s the math: There are 40 bamboo towels total, in two rolls, each reusable up to 85 times. 40 x 85 = 3400 towels. A select-a-size name-brand big roll is 101 half-size towels. Divide that by 2 (to account for full-size) and it’s 50 regular size. The 6 pack costs $10-12 where I live. 3400 towels for $14.15 vs. 303 towels for $11. Pretty amazing savings. So, right off the bat, I began using them for everything. They are stiff when new, so not particularly absorbent for drying hands. Instructions say they will get more absorbent with repeated washings. I was cleaning to show the house for sale, so lots of picking up dust bunnies and stuff that happens in corners and underneath furniture, and window sills, and dusting all the furniture (that’s a lot) and tv’s and stuff in general, lots and lots of clean-up. I refuse to hand wash anything but babies. I put all the used ones in the washer with a couple bath towels on the recommended cold cycle. Made a big fuzzy mess, but this is not unexpected with bamboo. The bath towels lose the fuzz in the dryer, and a quick wipe down of washer walls cleaned it up for next load. I air-dried the bamboo paper towels, per instructions. This will not do – they’re going in the dryer next time! Then I used half of them again and washed a second time in the washer. Less mess, but still some. I sent them through the dryer without a dryer sheet. This was better and got rid of a lot of the fuzz, though not all. They’re ugly now, but much softer – similar to a microfiber towel – and definitely more absorbent. I imagine it will take at least 4 washings to get them to not shed, but it’s not really a problem. Now one thing I’ve come up against is how to attractively store them in the kitchen for ease of use. Once they come off the roll, you can’t put them back on. I thought of one of those bag holder thingies, but they’re all too big. I guess I need some kind of box or something. Shoe box might work, but is still too big. Kleenex box might work, but I don’t use Kleenex… A bit bamboozled on that score. (See what I did there?)Read more

Takes a little effort to get The large perforated sheets to tear away from roll because the bamboo paper is seriously tough. I do like these paper towels because they work well. I have used one sheet to remove waterproof mascara, after rinsing it – I added disinfectant and when dry I used it many times to wipe up the bathroom skin area-No problem!! Haha it may look worn out and stained after using on chores but simply wash em out hang it somewhere to dry and no joke it is able to continue cleaningRead more

feels really good to do away w/ paper towels. if you have that collection of neurons in you that secretes opioids at the thought of helping the earth, this product may well be the biggest bang for your buck since the dream that recycling efforts werent mostly for naught. These towels last long–very durable fibers, so impressive. But you need the discipline to wash them; i can attest they become sparkling white w/ little effort. FULL 5 STAR RECCD.Read more

I bought these mainly to put over food while microwaving. My 1st impression was, they are not what I expected. I started to send them back but, I’m glad I didn’t. I love these little clothes! They seem to be very durable. They hand wash well and dry very quickly. They do get a little fuzzy but I’ve not had any lint in my food. My husband still uses paper towels and has almost gone through a mega roll while I’m still alternating between the 1st 2 bamboo towels I’ve used. They are showing little sign of wear after 3 weeks.Read more

I absolutely love these! I was skeptical at first. I had never heard of reusable paper towels. I spend a lot on paper towels every month. I still buy paper towels but I use these to supplement. Are used to clean around the house. They work great. I also love their machine washable. I would suggest not drying them in the dryer but hang them to dry. I have had these for a month and a half now. And I have only gone through four squares. Definitely a great value for your money.Read more

Love the feel and the absorbent nature. I’m on my second one. Literally have use two since I ordered. Wouldn’t have had to get a second one out if I hadn’t accidentally cut the first one. I’ve washed walls, dishes, wiped table and wiped down high chair multiple times a day with the same one. Definitely my best purchase yet. I highly recommend these.Read more

Totally blown away… As a mom of two little ones, we go through paper towels like CRAZY. These are a total game changer. It’s been three weeks since I received them, and I’ve only gone through three sheets. They get more absorbent the more you wash them and they are so durable. I hand wash them in the sink with dawn dish soap and let them air dry in the window. I’ve been recommending them to my friends since I received them!Read more

I was so excited to try these. The disappointment was real. They’re just fuzz factories. While using, they leave fuzz everywhere, try to wash them, and it’s AWFUL. The fuzz coats EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING. They’re basically weaved fuzz that’s eager to contaminate your whole world. 2 rolls of straight garbage for just under $20. Absolute waste of money. And worse, they aren’t reusable as described, so green, they are not. Just super expensive fuzz towels. Go with the actual cloth reusable paper towels. They’re a bit more expensive per roll, but they wash well and last for ages.Read more
