Cute, articulated but not a made to move Barbie. Cute accessories for the price. My doll feels like the hair will have similar glue issues like other Barbie dolls; it feels sticky. I have also noticed the quality of the plastic on recent dolls look cheaper. I still like the clothes and accessories.Read more

These are not only cheaply made (as in sewn together) but the “fabric” is like old stiff ribbon. It frays quickly and was very disappointing to see the look on the granddaughter’s face when it shredded in front of her eyes as she was taking an item off Barbie. I originally purchased ‘Barbie Made to Move’ for my three old granddaughter but returned it for ‘Barbie Fitness Doll’. My granddaughter loves to dress and undress her Barbies but gets frustrated when the articulating ankles move about impeding her progress. The Barbie Fitness has articulating joints with the exception of the ankles. Needless to say – she has a new favorite Barbie!Read more

Not a big fan of this doll. Not made well at all. The right leg is stuck and wont bend and the hair is coming out. The accessories look good except the power bar its just a piece of cardbord. I really like the colors of her hair. I dont feel my doll was worth the money.Read more

When I purchased this doll there was not much description therefore I assumed from the pictures that she was a “made to move doll”, boy was I wrong. Her joints are the stiffest I’ve ever seen, her feet are flat and don’t bend, her knees barely move and she doesn’t have any hip joint. She was part of a yoga collection so I don’t understand why she would be so inflexible. I was very generous with the stars I gave because it was kinda my fault for not fully reading the description.Read more

Mainly writing a review as I was struggling to find out about the articulation and there wasn’t many in-hand photos. The doll doesn’t use a made to move super articulated body BUT does use a body with jointed knees and elbows but the feet are solid, also noticed legs lateral movement is a bit limited. The doll wouldnt be able to do big elaborate star jump poses but still better than a stick-limb fashionista. (edit – same body style used as Toy Story 4 Barbie) So what it lacks in super-duper-articulation, it gains in accessories!(see photos) The bag is flexible plastic with a rigid plastic base if you squeeze the sides in the opening widens a bit and lets you stash its dumbells and protein bar (cut card printed on one side) The leggings and top do have a small degree of stretch if you’re considering this for another doll body. All in all, good doll and good selection of accessories.Read more

This barbie has 11 movable joints so can really use her exercise kit. I bought her to be part of a shoe box gift so repackaged everything more concisely in a plastic bag and experimented with how she could hold things. I stuffed most of her gear into the gym bag plus a skirt for post exercise leaving her holding one weight and hoop this clear plastic bands are helpful ad the puppy also held a weight, the exercise mat doesn’t fit into the bag but would tuck under her arm. If I was buying for a child again I would definitely consider this one.Read more

If you’re looking to encourage yoga with children from an early age, and you had to choose between this model and Meditation Barbie, then I’d opt for Meditation Barbie – as you get five breathing/calming practices in the doll. They both move anatomically in the same way, but you get the added recordings with Meditation Barbie. My granddaughter (age 6) loves to put Barbie in a yoga pose and then copy it herself. Meditation Barbie hits all the right places for me, speaking as a Yoga teacher.Read more
