When I first received the lights all were working right out of the box. It took me about two hours to install the lights and secure the cords. After all that work one of the lights started to blink rapidly and then went off. The light would not turn back on! I reached out to the company to see if they could replace the one defective light. They never responded to me. Such an unfortunate experience. Will never recommend this product. UPDATE 9/4/2018: I was never contacted by Bason about my review or product feedback but today UPS showed with a complete replacement for the lights. I greatly appreciate that this matter was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you so much!!Read more

Good under-cabinet lighting at a decent price. I used these puck lights in a rental property to replace my super-hot halogen lights that were constantly burning out. These LED lights don’t get hot, just slightly warm. As noted in the description, the white color output is more of a cool bluish white, not warm white which was okay with me. After turning them off and back on they will resume the same color or lightshow as before. All pucks utilize the same color and cannot be controlled individually. I would consider the light output as more of a glow than “bright”, albeit some colors appear to be brighter than others. My only complaints are: 1) The velcro tape wouldn’t stay adhered under the cabinets so some of the pucks kept coming lose and dangling by the cord so I had to resort to using the included screws. Fine, but to install the screws you have to unscrew the white shade to expose the screw holes in the body of the puck lights. And holy hell, unscrewing the shades are next to impossible. I had to pry them off with a flat screwdriver and hope I didn’t ruin the latch. Getting them back on was just as difficult. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? 2) The lights are a little dim and as I mentioned earlier the output is more of a glow than bright task lighting. Fine, but the lightshow strobe/flashing lighting options aren’t programmable. So they cycle through their own set colors that no one is really going to use. IMO, the only usable lightshow feature is “fade” where it softly transitions between all the colors. The power cord length was long enough to reach an outlet under the sink and the cords to each puck was just long enough to accomplish the look I was going for. *I’ve uploaded pics from my home (white cabinets) where I did a practice setup and then the final installation at the rental property (black cabinets). These were a better option than what was being sold at my local home improvement store at the time so I don’t regret my purchase.Read more

The media could not be loaded. I don’t usually write reviews but these lights are awesome. They really added ambiance and a luxurious feel to my kitchen especially after I painted the cabinets white. Love the features on the remote and how thin and flat the lights are so they are not visible from my cabinets. I drilled holes inside the cabinets to hide all the wires and used the outlet that my fridge is plugged into. The remote receptor need to be visible.. it cannot be inside the cabinet. So I drilled a tiny hole so it can stick out.. not a Problem. Like some other reviews said, the Velcro sucks. It’s not strong enough on its own. You could use the little screws also provided. For what they cost, I’d say they are worth the buy, but don’t expect quality. If you want quality, just go buy a Hue lightstrip and call it good. The bulbs are an easy no brainer install and low cost which is why I say, “if you know what you’re buying, it’s worth the price.” My biggest complaint about the lights is that they are not a true representation of the colors you pick. Yellow is more orange, blue is more purple than blue, etc. I can say that the RGBW buttons do make the lights Red, Green, Blue, and sorta White. The buttons on the right of the remote do as they intend to do. They flash, pulse, fade as expected rotating through the colors as they cycle. I attached a picture so you can understand what I mean. The color is supposed to be the bottom right fuschia color. It honestly looks more purple than the actual purple color on the top right of the remote.Read more

First of all i am a very big fan of LEDs and my living room and home office are completely rigged with LED lights. I I purchased these lights to take away the glare coming off the glass reflection in my IKEA 6feet glass display case and have some down facing lights. i just received today evening these lights and i was hoping to put them to light up my collectibles in the IKEA glass display case . PROS: 1. Nice installation direction booklet. CONS: There are 3 major cons that i have encountered: 1. Out of 4 LEDs, 1 LED is defective and don’t seem to work. As soon as i turned it on by attaching them in the case temporarily, 1 of the LEDs just flashed a couple of times and stayed on flickering for about a minute before it went dead completely. I pressed tightly all the way in to make sure of the connection but no positive result. 2. At maximum brightness these LEDs are still very low bright which should not be the case as some reviewers suggested. As you can see from my 4th picture, the ikea display case hardly lights up at full brightness not to mention, it is even darker with the cooler tones like blue, purple, etc.. 3. At this price point most other LED lights have Alexa and google home or some sort of app control which this one lacks badly. Overall, at this point i am extremely dissatisfied with the product as i wanted to show it off to my friends over the weekend. I am thinking of starting the return as soon as hear from the manufacturer.Read more
