I have been a long term user of Alpatronix products. I love the amount of extra battery life I get out of them. So when I went to update to my iPhone 11, I was eager to to grab a new case. I couldn’t tell the difference between this case and the other iPhone 11 battery case- so I ordered both of them (figuring I would use them both and/or favor one). The pros of this case are that it made the length of the iPhone slightly more compact because the speakers at the bottom. You have to pop the phone into the case like a skin, rather than remove the top and slide it in- which is how you use the other one. The back has more of a texture to it, so it won’t likely slide. The con is that, if you’re like me, and you sometimes use other cases, it is difficult to take the phone in and out of the case without the risk of bending the charging base pin at the bottom forward or backward and breaking it. Which is what happened to me. There’s a warning on the case explaining how to insert the device without that happening, but I didn’t successfully figure out that method. The case is also bulkier than I am used to. Battery life seems fine. Obviously a decent case. But I favor the other one more and am returning this one for the other one that they sell. These cases are designed to be able to plug in your earphones, but mine didn’t work in either of them. Wireless charge works okay….but if I were to add a pop socket or something, it wouldn’t easily do the wireless charge thing or mount easily into a wireless car charge. I also wish the cases came in different colors….I’m a fan of being able to dig through my purse and see something that’s not black (my iPhone 7 Plus cases were pink). I wish they offered colors and kick stands on these. Alpatronix is wonderful about backing up their products and gave me no issues at all about returning this case and refunding my money. I would buy a second one of the other iPhone 11 charging case in a heart beat. I wish it was slimmer though. Also- my old iPhone 7 cases allowed me to use a charger that wasn’t the iPhone lighting charger, but a regular ac charger. I liked that better. I always could charge my phone with whatever chargers were around then. I’d either plug in my phone or plug in the charger. (Yes, sometimes I still used up all the battery). But in general, the case is not a bad choice.Read more

Update: Well i originally gave it 5 stars because i thought i qualified for the rebate… but it’s a very good case…. but it doesnt seem to hold as much charge as i thought… it will fill up my iphone once, but that’s fine… the one thing i really dont like is that it takes a long time to recharge the battery and you cant use the Qi charger for that… you need to plug it in… my Qi charger didn’t agree with the long charge time so it did its malfunction message… (fast flashing light) I’ve been looking for a good cheap iPhone 11 battery case that lasted a long time…. the apple version is crap, it only lasts 1/4 of the time this one does and it costs almost 3 times as much!!! I also wanted one that had Qi wireless charging capability….Its also a good size… not too big… the surface isn’t too slippery, which is good for me since i can be a klutz with my phone. The screen protector that comes with it is also pretty good one… sturdy and easy to put onRead more

Still working fine, protected the phone from some serious falls and I have never ran out of battery even once. I’ve purchased a few over the years for my iPhone 8+, each would last less than a year. I bought this model for my new 11. It, like lots of other shipments, got stuck in the mail in late October. I then ordered one off the Warehouse, which wouldn’t charge, probably why it was returned. Finally, my original purchase showed up, and it’s great. I can’t seem to hold a iPhone without a case, and this one is just a bit slimmer than what I was getting for the 8+. The texture and the grip on the matte case is just right for me. The silence switch, which was always being accidently moved on the old 8+ cases is completely protected, and I haven’t had any issues with accidental silencing. This case protected the phone in a few drops better that I had hoped for. In terms of battery life, the phone does pretty good on it’s own, and I’ve never tapped out the phone and the additional battery. I’m a heavy user. I don’t think the pack will do two full charges. I’ve had no issues with the plugin, or anything else, and I haven’t considered wireless charging yet. I’ve also had contact with the customer service folks about the Warehouse unit, and the shipping problem, and they are helpful. To me, this a great item, and I’ll use this brand in the future. If you want reference, check out the comments on other pack suppliers, you’ll see these are somewhat tricky devices. Excellence is hard to come by.Read more

My daughter’s new iPhone 11 was damaged and now we have to pay to have it fixed! The charger connection has a small piece jammed in it, so her changer doesn’t work! We were so aware of not having it break inside but a small piece still came off Inside the charger port connection. This was not user error! The charger came defective and it sucks! I hate bad reviews but this is not joke!Read more

So I just received my iPhone case today. These are my first impressions, so they are subject to change, so I will begin with a 5 star review (my reasons follow), and adjust as necessary. At the start, I have to confess my initial impression is very favorable. Installing my iPhone 11 into the case was a snap. I’ve read that some have trouble with this step, but if you read the instructions, take proper care, and follow them, it’s easy to do. Once my iPhone was in place, I really loved the “feel” of it: solid, but not bulky. I especially love the wireless charging capability. Although I ordered extra, the case comes with a screen protector that – also – is very easy to install. The case itself guides you to proper placement, so make sure you install your iPhone INTO the case before you attempt the screen protector. Overall, my first impression: very favorable. If I encounter any issues at all, I will be sure to update.Read more
