I hate fumbling with Bluetooth and wireless sets. Although they are slick they are inconvenient when it comes to connectivity, and battery life especially with laptops. This wired headset gives crystal clear audio with my webex calls, great little audio control panel and the wire length is plenty (probably like 10 feet long). I find myself carrying it from place to place. So it’s obviously a keeper!Read more

I bought these for my work from home set up. It was a complete waste of my money. The person that I’m speaking with can’t hear me clearly at all. This headset has constant feedback. I have to mute myself when anyone else is speaking (or even if they have any background noise) or there is a constant echo to the point where neither of us can understand the other. Excellent deal. The headphones are light, although well padded. The sound is excellent for calls and my daughter even uses while gaming. First pair she can use, as she has tinnitus and headphones that cup around the ear bother her. These just sit against the ear comfortably and do not push against her glasses. The USB port doesn’t work. The only way I can use these is through the audio jack, which is fine just a little annoying because then I lose the volume buttons. They are comfortable for about an hour. Leaving them on longer than that will start to hurt your head and ears, but I feel like that with every headphone.Read more

The sound quality of these headphones is fine. My issue is more the design. The pivot makes the headphones fly off my head often, and the pivot also makes the microphone hit my face. I really wish I could snap the pivot into a no-pivot state so they would stay stationary and not move around so much.Read more

This USB Headset I believe is the best one out there if your workplace requires a wired headset. The sound quality is definitely good and the toggling of muting and volume settings are ideal for this type of headset. Only qualm I have is some tightness is the ear piece, especially if you have a big head, but if you stretch it out it eventually molds to your head.Read more

I managed to leave my plantronics headset in the office so bought this as a temp solution till I next go back in – the sound profile is really poor – it’s incredibly tinny and not rounded at all – this does however actually prove quite useful in listening to calls as voices have less ’roundness’ to them. I have to say the comfort is quite high – nice headband and ear cushions are soft, but I’d avoid it as an ‘every day’ headset as anything other than voice sounds like those earphones that cost a pound in a grocery store.Read more

It’s a good headset that can either be connected using a jack port or USB port. This is a very good to have feature because at times you might need to connect other accessories to your laptop using USB ports.
