Very impressed for the price. As good as my nearly $200 Plantronics at my office… maybe better range even. Pros: Great sound volume range and control (for voice at least) Mic works very well Flexible mic boom Good BT range Charging base like the big boys have Mute by volume – and + at same time (not in the instructions, but another pro is super quick support) Cons: None anymore! Thanks to the mfg super quick reply!Read more

wow! I’ve been looking for a wireless headset since COVID-19 made me work from home. This is my third headset and I am amazed. It is perfect. I walk upstairs and my basement and can still get it working clearly and perfectly. I have recommended it to my colleagues. Awesome!!!Read more

I’m a high school teacher, and I’m constantly having to record lessons, and I’m on a budget. Can you hear on it? Yeah. But I sound like someone calling in to a 70s era radio talk show…I’m completely muffled, and the quality is really quite poor. I can hear fine, but it’s the audio recordings of me are quite sad. I purposely bought these b/c I have a student who is hard of hearing, and I thought the microphone near my mouth would provide better quality. I have recently purchased an inexpensive pair of wireless Bluetooth earbuds, and those actually work A LOT better. I won’t return them b/c I don’t have the energy or the time to do so, but if my 9 year old ever wants to pretend to be an airplane pilot, I won’t even blink twice as I hand these over to her.Read more

This product was recommended by a coworker when I was hired to do telehealth nursing. It is crystal clear and very comfortable. The mouthpiece is adjustable so I can move it for days I have to go into work and wear a mask. The charger can be used by plugging into the base or into the unit itself. The only thing it that it charges from USB and they don’t include a block, but I charge from my computer so not an issue. Plus charging from the computer verses wall is handy. That would also be a benefit when driving and charging in the car. I would recommend to anyone!Read more

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I purchased this three weeks ago (December 2020) as I had purchased other products that do relatively the same thing but did not work well. I am on the phone a lot as I’m in poor health so I end up with lengthy calls trying to figure out hospital charges I don’t understand or worse, calling my insurance to see why a medical bill was not paid. Having to put the cell phone up to my ear is tiresome & using the speakerphone is just as impractical as I must still hold the cell phone. When using traditional wired earbuds with a microphone, to free up my hands so that I might be able to do chores as I talk, folks often said that they could not hear me. Often I had to physically hold the microphone up to my mouth so the other person I was speaking with could hear me…that defeats the purpose of “hands free”. I tried a Nokia, several years ago. A wireless one ear answering system (you know…the kind you saw on men who insisted on answering calls because they want to look important in the grocery store, and end up speaking too loud.) My problem with that product was that sometimes I couldn’t hear the other person and usually I had to talk louder to get the other person to hear me. Neither is truly practical for “hands free” communication. I saw this headset featured on Amazon black friday deals. I saved it in my basket for a couple of weeks but decided to ask my husband to buy it for me for Christmas. The headset came boxed and protected well. There are two components to this unit. The head piece with attached microphone and the charging base. It has a power button along the side of the ear piece allowing me to save the charge. Also, it had a small dot light that is red when the charge is to low and then turns blue when its charged. The headset is comfortable and adjustable. The microphone is also adjustable. It only took a little over an hour to charge. I was able to connect easily enough to my smart phones bluetooth. I had been having issues with AT&T so I donned the headset the Monday after Christmas to make my first call. The headset worked great! I had adjustable volume buttons to easily hear the AT&T representative who was soft spoken. She also had a thick accent so being able to hear her voice crisply was awesome. The sound was impeccable….almost as good as my wireless earbuds from Bose. I asked the representative if she could hear me. She said she could hear me just fine. The phone call lasted 47 minutes. I laid the cell phone down and walked about my entire house doing chores as I worked out issues with AT&T. The headset was light but sturdy and the microphone stayed in place. I took sheets off the bed, started a load of laundry, swept the front porch, loaded the dishwasher, and collected trash from around the house. I didn’t have to repeat myself one time, the line was crystal clear. Next I called my best friend who was on her lunch hour. I folded and put away towels and clothes as I happily chatted. The charge kept for several hours as I made call after call checking on friends and family to see how their Christmas was. The headset has exceeded my expectations. Now I can make my phone calls and continue powering through my day instead of long insipid wait times, as whomever checks into whatever. Also, the headset attaches easily to the base, via a magnet. I now can make those lengthy medical insurance inquiries while I go about the business of household chores. I no longer exhaust myself with phone calls and have nothing accomplished around the house. I also can distract myself by visiting with family and friends while achieving tasks I do not enjoy, that include folding clothes, dusting and making beds. I plan on giving these headsets as gifts next year to my grown daughters, in laws, and close friends. My husband has used the headset a few times and really likes it. Truly a great product!Read more

I bought this headset for remote work at home for use with Avaya phone app installed on my laptop. PROS: *Was able to pair headset quick and easily via Bluetooth to my laptop (using Windows 10). *It was immediately recognized by my Avaya phone app after I set my sound settings to use the headset on my laptop. *The battery life seems great. Lasts all day even while playing music through them. *Love the docking station/charger it comes with. So easy to set it on/off when needed. *I have a small head and some headsets don’t fit me properly. I use this one on smallest adjustable setting and am able to wear it comfortably. It is also made to adjust larger if needed. *280 degree mic swivel, so can wear it on either right ear or left ear. CONS: *Not really an issue for me, but might be for some. I had thought the receiver range would be a little farther. I can walk into the next room and still connect no issues, but much further and the signal starts to cuts in/out. Only tested this while playing music though. Again not really an issue for me, as it meets all my remote office needs/expectations for the price. Would recommend & buy again.Read more

To be fair, I am ok with the quality I got considering that the headset is so very inexpensive. The headset paired with my laptop without issue. It is really nice to work without getting tangled in cords. However this headset’s sound quality is not great. Music, phone calls, etc…all sound tinny. My secondary gripe is that the ear piece has a blue and red light that blinks to tell you it’s power status. I wear glasses and every time it blinks the light catches in them. It’s not so bad when the headset is on my right ear but if I wear it on my left ear it is distracting and annoying. It’s a good headset for the price and I got what I paid for however if you’re looking for good sound quality you should spend the extra money and buy a better quality product.Read more

This looks stylish, fits nicely and can be used with a range of bluetooth devices. I do find the various settings, accessed by pressing the buttons in sequences a bit difficult as unless I’m using it everyday (which I don’t I forget them! That said it’s well worth the money and hasn’t let me down yet. Being wireless means when I get up from the desk I don’t pull the headset off my head which is what I was constantly doing with a plug in set. The microphone is good and provided you don’t position it too close to your mouth it is good enough to satisfy broadcast quality connections. I would recommend this as a good set to buy.Read more

Review of Sanfant Bluetooth Headset with Microphone, V5.0 Model no SK-BH-M97 Purchased as working from home I developed neck and shoulder problems due to prolonged phone use and poor habit of holding iphone (SE) with left hand to right ear. This small, lightweight headset looks like it could be perfect for my needs. The headset puts gentle pressure on my head and over ear so hopefully I will be able to use for hours. It was simple to pair two phones. Required an hour or so to charge straight from the box. Once fully charged LED light changes from red to blue so you are in no doubt when it’s done. These do feel a little delicate so will need to handle and store with some care. Charging dock concept and design excellent but guess you’d need to buy an adapter to charge via computer. Sound quality for phone conversation seems good with adequate volume control on ear price or via phone. Not tried with music. Bluetooth range easily 5+ meters. Not tried further. Microphone moves easily to position. There are always negative reviews but I’m hoping that I’m in possession of one of the 5* products.Read more

In my opinion, I have at last found a Wireless Headset that actually does exactly what it states int the description which makes a very pleasant change for me anyway! I have lost count of how many of these types of headsets, mostly the smaller fit behind the ear Bluetooth devices, which I found to my cost and annoyance were useless, uncomfortable and at best badly and cheaply made even the more expensive variants were badly made and had a cheap finish and very poor sound to boot…… I was very pleased from the offset with the SK-BH-M97s, Not only did they work, but worked very well. The sound is pretty good for both the the earpiece and the microphone. The is what all headsets should sound like, but sadly they don’t. So if you are looking for an easy to use and to set up Head set for us with your mobile phone or as part of a game set up or perhaps in your office to take and make calls, then you need look no further than the excellent Sanfantvip range of headsets particularly the SK-BH-M97s!Read more

Was very disappointed with this and sent it back. My callers and people on video conferences said the sound quality was poor (tinny) and painful to listen to, had to turn me down. Bluetooth between two devices works but can be fiddly, a few buttons to do many functions would take time. But overall avoid because of poor mic quality.Read more
