Much bigger than I thought and great for the price! It made my puppy so fluffy and soft. A lot of people mentioned it had no scent so be aware! I did my investigation on this and this is SO healthy and safe for your puppy so having no scent is worth it. It left my dog with a bit of a dog smell if you know what I mean? I’m really torn on this one. This shampoo does its job and I love that it’s safe for my sweet pup. I’m not used to a shampoo that doesn’t lather. And while I know fragrance free is the best, I hate it that he almost still smells like a dirty dog after his bath. It gets better once he’s dry, but I really wish he smelled nice and clean. If you’re looking for that nice clean scent, you won’t get it from this. However, it is really great for your dog. His coat is healthy and soft afterwards.Read more

I see people complaining about how the shampoo is “tear free” but says to avoid contact with eyes. Because nobody should be putting shampoo in their dogs eyes!! So they have to clarify that before someone does it. The same way we wouldn’t wash our kid’s eyes directly with shampoo. It just means if it drips or runs over the face/eyes that it’s not going to burn. Use a wash cloth around their eyes the same way you would a child. This shampoo makes my puppy so soft, clean & smells nice without a perfumed scent. I’d definitely recommend.Read more

After reading the ratings, this shampoo was very disappointing. It is very, very watery and does not lather well. It has a faint, odd smell. It did not clean my dog well and I threw it out. I purchased some Johnson baby shampoo instead that is tear free and has a nice smell. I do not recommend this product.Read more

I received and one of them were leaking. I decided to keep it. It was only leaked a little bit… when I finally tried the product it came out like water. Not viscous like soap or shampoo. I shook the bottle and a few bubbles showed in the bottle. I squeezed and placed a generous huge palm size on my 6lb Pomeranian. Didn’t even sud at all! I had to use a qt of the bottle to get a decent wash. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING AT ALL!Read more

I’m not one to usually write a negative review. Unfortunately, if this is an original Burts Bees product, then something wasn’t right. I felt like I was simply squirting water on my dog. Didn’t really see any lather and felt like it was never enough. This caused me and my dog to spend more time on which felt like a failed bath experience. Going back to baby shampoo.
