Bought this as realized the wire grate on the Ware Scatterless one was causing ongoing irritation on our bunny’s hocks. I thought the plastic and wider slats would be easier on her hocks. I bought this for my house bunny. It does not work well for a bunny as they tend to urinate in the corners of their litter boxes. So the urine sits on the ledge of the litter box rather than going beneath the grids where it would be absorbed by the litter. I have to wash it out every time rather than just pulling out the tray and removing the soiled litter. I do not recommend for a bunny.Read more

Perfect size for my rabbits. I was honestly going to send it back because the rabbits weren’t using it but I learned you have to put your rabbits hay in there and they are more likely to use it learned that trick and now find my self happy with the purchase. Also don’t use Clorox Clean Up it eats through the top layer of the plastic, then the acidity of the urine can dig it’s way into the plastic and is impossible to remove completely.
