I bought this vinegar to make homebrew weedkiller — typically made from vinegar, salt, and dish soap. Most effective recipes call for 30% strength. I used 1 part of this vinegar and 2 parts water (dilution to about 25%) and worked awesome. This vinegar is strong enough to dilute and make a lot more vinegar for cleaning, etc. As expected, the smell is STRONG, and don’t get it on your skin. I will be buying again.Read more

I plan to dilute this product to make it a herbicide. Originally I was looking for a direct use product which is heavy, bulky and cost more money for extra water. I located this product all by accident. All I have to do is adding water to achieve the ratio I want. Not only I save money but also I have flexibility to make any ratio of diluted vinegar for different purposes. So if you know how to add water, you should purchase product instead. I made the herbicide I want and tested it. It is very effective.Read more

I purchased this to kill what’s left of our grass because we are re-grading our yard. We have dogs, cats and chickens so a chemical herbicide wasn’t an option for us. The bottle only gives cleaning instructions which seem very clear. It was easy to find instructions online for weed/grass killing. 1 bottle w/1 gallon of water plus 1 cup of salt and 1 TB of dish soap in a horticulture sprayer. I sprayed a light amount in full sun and found that it didn’t do much except in areas that I gave more saturation. I did a second passing today but more liberal so we’ll see how things look tomorrow. I’m ok with doing several passes because going this route is better than spraying poison around my yard. Stay tuned!Read more

This worked perfectly for killing weeds. I used a 3:1 ratio 3 parts vinegar and one part water. Put it in a small sprayer and sprayed all the weeds coming in I. The sidewalk cracks and in the gravel walkway. When finished I went back to review where I started and already the weeds were turning and drying up. Ordered more for the front. As a side note I also set out a small dish for eliminating an order under the sink which has been there since I moved in last week. Perfect. Can’t say enough good about this product.Read more

I had some hard water stains on some windows from sprinkler spray. NOTHING took the stains off – from abrasives, to standard vinegar, to calcium/lime/rust remover, to scraping with a razor blade. I found this 75% solution and thought I’d try it. One single light swipe of this stuff on a scotch pad and it took that hard water stain off like it was never there! AWESOME, but also dangerous. Avoid even a slight whiff of it and I’m serious when I say wear a respirator of you have one that will work on vinegar fumes. This stuff works amazingly for my application at least.Read more
