It fits well without moving. It’s also good in the car for umbrellas, shopping bags, etc. But I realized that I can also use this hook with a small bungee or velcro wrap cord to hang my purse or tote bag: 1-At the bar when there’s no hook available 2-On the boat 3-On the table or chair at the beach or in the park.
