Horrible product! Will never buy again. Got product, installed it, calibrated and tested. It came out faint and lines through it. Calibrated 6 times still a problem and now it is saying low toner! Only 200 pages printed. I’m going to Office Depot to get the same number toners brand new for $8 more than this absolute garbage product! DO NOT BUY IF YOU NEED TO PRINT!Read more

The print quality this time wasn’t a clear as the first ordering standard mode. Sadly, this time cartridges were not up to standard of the first order. Streaks and light font when printing in standard mode. I had to use photo print for matte paper to get a good print . Not sure why. I cleaned heads and aligned them like last time. Normally I don’t review something as utilitarian as printer ink, but the vendor has been surprisingly pleasant in asking for one. I can tell by her fun and delightful email that were I to have any issue with this product, I would get the best service and most timely response. So, if you’re looking for printer ink (and who isn’t), go with the vendor with a smile. Choose this one and you can rest easy that you’ll be looked after should anything go wrong. I bought this product for my Canon printer and I had a bad shipping experience with it. The black ink cartridge arrived damaged with ink covering the strip on the back. I cleaned it as best as I could, but my printer would not recognize the black or color ink cartridge that I got. I contacted customer support through the card they provided with their ink and got a response very quickly, they walked me through more troubleshooting beyond what was listed in the pamphlet that came with the ink. The extra troubleshooting did not work, but they offered to send me replacements. Got them in today and didn’t arrive leaking, they worked perfectly on the first try and the ink quality is excellent!Read more

I gave you a 4 star (instead of 5 star) rating only because the black ink cartridge was leaking when I opened it & it was quite messy lol. Cleaned it really good & waited before installing it, but there was no further sign of leakage, I have since installed the cartridge & I’ve had no problems. I have no complaints with these cartridges & I will be ordering them again. For me on a fixed income the great price is the most important & quality comes in second. Your product met both admirably. I had never used reinked cartridges before & I really can’t see much of a difference, if there even is any. But then it’s not for business, only my personal use. There was ink all over the inside of the package I got so much ink on me when I opened the package. The color cartridge was fine the black was a mess. I did clean it off with a wipe and put it in my printer and it did seam to work fine but horrible mess when I opened the package.
