Our remote for Fire Stick apparently died. I tried every thing on line to revive it. When I saw the prices of just the remote I decided for a few dollars more might as well get the whole thing and not worry about pairing remote and Fire Stick. I am not happy the remote by itself was almost as much as both together.Read more

It didn’t work. If you are going to sell a refurbished item you should probably take the time to actually refurbish it.Read more

Disappointed! As I was setting up the fire stick, it was so simple to start, was amazed that in under two minutes I had reached the final step of registering the device to my account. For about 2 more hours of trying to enter the verification code to complete the registration… It locked my account and was instructed to call customer service and do not try to continue without calling. I called the number that was provided, for it to call, ring 4 times and hang up on me. Tried numerous times with no call completed to customer service. Looked up troubleshooting suggestions but it wasn’t letting me complete the final process. Tried unplugging the device but didn’t complete the process. Started chatting with customer service and followed their instructions with no luck. By the time I was being helped by a 3rd tech, they couldn’t understand I was trying to finish last step with the fire stick. They were confused and tried to instruct me on how to get my fire tv up and running, like suggesting to look in the back of the tv and open the box to get the serial number of the tv. I repeated over 4 times that I had the fire stick and not the fire tv. I could not change their mind that I did not have the fire tv. Finally, after exposing again that I did not have the fire tv just the fire tv stick. This began a very uncomfortable situation about them clearly not understanding that I did not have the fire tv at least four times and even giving them the serial number of my device which clearly represented my fire tv stick and not the tv. My instructions were to still unplug the device. By now I was about to pp I’ll my hair out, I thanked them but my tech was insistent on me to unplug the device from the wall. Against explains I had tried that 4 times to complete the process. Their final word, even after I said I was done, I would try later to complete the registration and thanked them but I was done… They still said, “I still need you to unplug the device.” I will try tomorrow to do the whole process again and if it doesn’t let me complete the whole process, I will be so disappointed but will probably return it for the whole refund!!! I am not wowed with my fire tv stick.Read more

It didn’t work and you’ll basically end up having to send it back and wait on your refund and then buy a new one or something else. Don’t waste your money. Just buy something else.Read more

My firestick was acting up and I went through all the protocols and it did not come back to life. I ordered this updated Certified Refurbished Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote. It was easy to install and is working fine. I like this remote has the volume on the firestick so I don’t have to switch between remotes. Alexa voice remote works well for everything except turning on the TV.Read more

Not impressed. If had to do over, I would not do it again. It keeps freezing up and crashing. I’ve had several of these over the years. Currently 3 in use. Only reason go it was because moved and lost remote so ended up about the same price. If I can get the remote working and use on other one I will do that instead. However with that said I like how the format on the main screen is easier to manage. But, is it worth it, not really.Read more

The new home screen has a main menu which, according to Amazon’s description, should have these main categories: Find Libraries Live Settings But “Libraries” isn’t really there. After an hour chatting with Firestick support to find out where I can find my DVR recordings and Watchlist and purchased movies, the fifth support person was able to point out that “Libraries” is now a sub-category of “Find”, instead of being a main menu item, as the document (and common sense) tells us.Read more

We have now completed the system. We have cut the cable. We bought an antenna, we put in the attic, added the Quad Table, then put firesticks @ each of the 5 TV’s. We now have a DVR, access to all the tv’s for regular tv and also streaming. We can go from room to room and pick up where we left off on any tv show or stream. We have now eliminated cable bill, just have an internet bill. More money for golf !!!! This system will pay for itself in about 3 to 4 months of what would be my cable bill and from there on, just an internet bill. This “fire stick” is a big part to pull off the working system. Thank You Amazon ….Read more
