The media could not be loaded. As far as the “water resistance” goes, it does a good job at keeping the water out, HOWEVER, it does not stop all the water from eventually seeping threw. You will get small pockets of water underneath. It’s water “resistant” NOT, water PROOF. The material is pretty strong for something so light weight, it does a good job on stopping bird droppings, tree sticks and sap, leaves, dust and dirt from getting on your furniture. Small animals? NO.. Mice, squirrels and groundhogs can easily get underneath this cover. The straps provide “some” slight security, however, you can see by video on a very windy rainy day that I had to add bricks to the cover to keep in it place as the straps didn’t hold it well enough. Very easy to put on and take off, super light weight and easy to maneuver into place before securing it. I would recommend this product and buy again for the value/price.Read more

A great patio furniture cover. I used to have a few more expensive heavy-duty covers that I got from Costco and some of them were good but very heavy and difficult to put on the furniture. They were also rubbing the edges of the furniture and over time damage it. This one is very lightweight, which I love. It’s easy to put it on and it doesn’t rub the furniture. I saw some reviews complaining that it is not water-resistant, but in reality, no furniture cover is fully water-resistant. if you allow for water to collect and stay for a long time, water eventually will leak. The key is to arrange the furniture so the tallest parts are in the middle and the water can flow and doesn’t accumulate in any place. I got one a year ago for my deck furniture and it was great throughout the winter. I just got the second one for my patio furniture. It will replace the heavy-duty cover that I’m tired of putting it on and off whenever rains. It is lightweight so if it is windy you have to properly secure it and tack all the edges.Read more

Bought this recently as we had installed a pool and then bought an expensive set of outdoor lounge furniture. I read the reviews and decided to try it out. Thought i would write this review now as we had torrential downpours in Austin last Friday and in the reviews that I had read some people said it had let water through. Well, it poured down. We had risked leaving the furniture, including our cushions, covered by this cover. I am very happy to report that it did the job. No water seeped through and our cushions and furniture stayed dry. It is a very lightweight cover, so we held it down on either side with large rocks, otherwise I don’t think the ties would have keep it down (it was quite windy as well as rainy here. That’s the only advice i would give it you are buying it. But – I do recommend it. It did the job!Read more

This cover is not water proof or water resistant. I have found huge puddles of water in my outdoor furniture. The whole point of this cover was to protect my new outdoor furniture but it is not doing that. I would love my money back but my return window just closed yesterday 🙁 Edit: I bought this in May, started using it in June, and it is now October and there are already many holes in the cover. I really liked this cover for the first few months. It has a great draw string system that keeps it in place. BUT it didn’t last 1 season! I started using this to cover my patio furniture in May, it is now mid September and it has split right down the middle! The first tear started about a month ago, we tried using duct tape to cover it since it was small but as you can see from the picture, it has gotten a lot bigger. It seems like the sun has worn the material down. It seems much thinner in the top than the sides. This is on my patio, which faces east. We have very large tress that shade this area until at least 11am all summer and the house blocks the sun in the evening. So it does get a ton of sun exposure.Read more

We bought this cover for our patio set. It fits over the chairs and fire pit completely, but when there are heavy winds, which is all the time here now apparently, it just blows right off. Luckily it has ties to tie it down and it hasn’t blown away but maybe it should just blow away. I wouldn’t recommend getting it, unless you don’t mind constantly re-tying it down and recovering your furniture all the time. The chairs are always wet since it blows off so frequently, and one time I found a pillow in my mulch. Update: the day I wrote this review it ripped. That’s going in the garbage….Read more

First, I’ll cop to the biggest mistake. I didn’t measure. The picture shown with this product looks exactly like my couch/table configuration so I assumed it would fit. never go by the picture. The product is two inches shorter than my set so it doesn’t fit on the width. The depth is perfect.I kept it because I didn’t want the hassle of returning it. It is well made, looks great and drapes well I just have to put a flower pot on it to keep one end in place. It is very thin but I kind of liked that. Easy to fold when I take it off. However, because it’s thin and doesn’t fit my configuration it blows off quite easily. I would definitely recommend this just measure your couch and don’t rely on the picture.Read more

When I opened the package my first thought was: “oh this is way too thin”, but I used it about 5 times this summer, when rain was coming, and it didn’t get any rips on it, the string to pull it tight is fantastic and kept everything protected and dry. The light weight of the plastic actually makes it super easy to put on and take off. Very happy with this cover. Don’t know if it’s for snow though. I have put my patio set away for the winter so I look forward to using it again for “April showers”.Read more

Purchased this product to cover our patio wicker set and protect it from the elements. I was surprised at how light weight it was but it keeps the rain out quite well. The only issue is that it needs to be anchored on the corners to prevent the wind from lifting it off the furniture.Read more
