First, this case offers the best lens protection for the iPhone 12 Pro Max! For that alone, it’s a great case. It’s strong and rigid. I’ve dropped my phone on hard surfaces, at least three times. All without incident or damage. For that, it’s a great value for the price. The case looks good. So why am I rating so low? This is the second time I’ve ordered this phone case (replacement for the first). The kickstand on the first one became loose and swiveled freely after only a few months. There is no way to tighten the swivel, so once loose… always loose. It was aggravating and rendered the function unusable. Pictures on Amazon of this case, show a common screw holding the kickstand to the case. This led me to believe that they improved the shortcoming, with a way to adjust (and tighten) the kickstand. What you see in the picture, is not exactly what you get. The case I just received is identical to the first. Time will tell if I have this problem again. I hope not, as I will not buy another if it does. So a fair warning; if you are buying solely for the lens and phone protection, it’s a great purchase. If the kickstand functionality is important to you… then maybe not so much! Good luck!Read more

I love that is feel durable. I love this camera guard on the back. I love everything about it except after almost 3 months of having this case..the ring is no longer tight. It’s loose and floppy now. Worst part about it is that you can’t replace it because there’s not flat surface to put a replacement ring. Also I can’t locate a manufacturer to try to get a replacement case. So I’m stuck with this one until I buy a completely different case and a ring to go with it. If the ring holder is not something that matters to you and you only want protection for your phone..go for it. Otherwise..move on..find something else. UPDATE I found a card that came with it asking to leave a review if I liked the product. Also on this card with an email address to use if I experience any problems. Underneath the email address it says that they’ll reply within 12 hours. On Sunday evening..just after 6pm I wrote an email explaining my problem. I attached a video showing exactly how the ring is no longer tight. I also included a screenshot of my order summary. It is Friday morning now..almost 1am. I have yet to receive a reply. This is very unfortunate as this case is one of the best cases I’ve ever used on an iPhone with the exception of this one little issue and of course now the silence of the company’s customer service. I gave it three stars before. I’ll take one more for their lack of customer service. UPDATE 2 I decided to buy another one. I’ve had this second one for 5 months now. I decided I wasn’t gonna use the 360 degree turn feature for the ring. Instead I turned it when I first bought it so that my finger can access the ring while I’m holding the phone. When I’m done, instead of turning it again and then laying it flat so that it fits right over the apple logo on the back of the phone I just lay it flat as it is. It’s been 5 months and the ring is still tight and works very well. Im scared to turn it again because I don’t want to loosen the ring. Not turning the ring kinda annoys me but I deal with it as long as it means the ring stays tight. I’ll give it another star because I’m somewhat happy but their customer service doesn’t exist and that still sucks.Read more

This is the second case I buy for my IPhone 12 Pro max. The first case I had was the transparent one that is offered in most cellphone shops for around 30 dollars. It worked decently fine until it fell from about 3 feet to the floor. It somehow broke in so many different places that I could not even believe it. I then threw that case in the trash and bought this one. I wish I had this in the first place because it is as sturdy as it gets, and has a camera cover which is extremely necessary since it protrudes so much. I love this case, and all the functions that it has, would recommend it and buy it again for sure.Read more

UPDATE: The company wrote to me and evidently thought that I got 2 of the cases and thought one was defective and offered me $3 to compensate for the one that didn’t work? Nothing about the defective kickstand. I wish there was a way to fix it so it will hold the phone. * I love the case and the fact that it has the lens cover is amazing but the kickstand just flops on the case. It soesn’t hold in any position and it only worked for a couple of months. I am giving this 4 stars because it is a great case except for the kickstand. if it would have lasted it would be 5 stars or more.Read more

Con un terminal de este precio no me lo pienso dos veces. necesito una funda acorazada que lo proteja sin dudas. el gancho trasero permite apoyarlo en superficie y sostenerlo con la mano para largos visionados. Es firme, compacta y llama la atención, mucha gente me pregunta. La tapa de la cámara es fundamental, conozco casos de rayados de objetivos que con esta funda no ocurre, se tapa del todo. Pesa un poco, pero da sensación de firmeza. La única pega pero entendible por su volumen es que no admite carga magnética trasera ya que no es plana, pero no se puede tener todo.
