Nice, sturdy Bedframe. However, I definitely recommend a box spring or covering the slats with sheets of particle board for support. The description of “no box spring needed” is very misleading in my opinion. The slats are too far apart and provide very minimal support, especially for a memory foam/hybrid mattress.Read more

Approximately a year and a half ago My wife and I purchased a new King-sized box spring and mattress set, also, a new upgraded frame. After a few days we noticed a ridge up the center of the mattress (top to bottom) and an indention on each side of the awful looking ridge. We went back to the large chain mattress store, where we purchased it. We were told by the manager of the store, we needed to sleep across the top, bottom, the middle literally all over to break the mattress in properly. We went home knowing this was so much B.S. We realized that it was actually the two twin box springs laying side by side. The metal cage construction was pushing up a ridge in the center of the mattress, and nothing short of parking a small car on the ridge was going to flatten that annoying ridge. We lived with it for a while. Then my Wife found the “COMASACH 14-inch King Bed Frame with Round Corners” We figured this was the answer to the ridge issue. We ordered it, put it together (very easy to assemble). Then the big test. Would it be a good night sleep? Let me tell you, it was the Greatest night sleep. The best night sleep since we bought the mattress. The COMASACH 14-inch King Bed Frame came through. It is so much better than a box spring. It’s perfectly flat. It doesn’t creek or make a noise. It’s very sturdy. Built very well. I recommend it to anyone buying a new mattress. Save money, buy this instead of a box spring. A Great purchase.Read more

Love the design but not the time it takes to assemble many pieces-it’s not complicated. I love that it had clips to stop the mattress from slipping but could use a few more since I have no headboard. It came with 6 instead of 8. My biggest disappointment is that it is NOT a quiet bed (as promised) when you get it rocking.Read more

This is a very sturdy (king) bed frame. Well built; It seems unlikely that any component will bend or fail with any use. Cross supports are held in place by metal brackets, not plastic. Good design as the corners are rounded, and there are no leg supports on the edges to kick your feet into. (There are supports in the middle for support and stability.) Assembly was straightforward, but it did take some time to assemble due to the large size. Possible downside is that the surface is smooth, and depending on your mattress, it may slide somewhat on the surface. Metal clips are provided to help keep the mattress on the frame, but they are not the most effective or elegant solution. Overall, a 5/5 rating due to design, sturdy quality of construction, and expected durability.Read more

Just set this up a few days ago and was very easy to assemble. I love the height of it. We have a 12″ memory foam mattress and it works great with it. Love not having to use a box spring. The only downside is the brackets you insert on the sides to hold the mattress in place. They don’t stay in pace and are constantly falling out. So I put some of the rug tape on the bed frame to keep the mattress from sliding around. Maybe future models they will make it where they leave about a 2″ lip so the mattress can sit down inside the frame to keep it immobile. Otherwise, I like this frame and plan to buy another one for my other sons room. Oh, and I like that it has rounded edges too.Read more

This frame is a bit pricey compared to others on Amazon. However, the reason I purchased it anyway and am thus far very happy with it, is: 1. The Middle legs are set inside the frame – therefore no stumping your toes when approaching the bed 2. Description indicated sturdy metal frame – does not disappoint, very sturdy metal frame 3. Rounded corner legs add to to the appeal of this metal frame – and reduces stumping your toes 4. Easy to put together . . . very straightforward . . . took less that 15 mins to put together; all tools were provided 5. We slept on it last night (it’s our guest bed) and no issues, no squeaking, sturdy. It does not have a headboard, and for the price am a bit disappointed, but other than that, I’m very happy with this Queen Metal Frame.Read more

We finally ditched the creaky old box springs on our California King mattress and the results are amazing. First off, this frame is silent. No more creaking wood and the metal slats are snug tight so so there’s no metal on metal noises either. The clearance under this frame is quite generous but more importantly, it kept our mattress at the same election as before. You probably wouldn’t think about how awkward that change would be but getting into the same bed (in the dark) for several years develops a habit that could trip you up until you get used to a new mattress height. Assembly was easy but the instructions were a little unclear on the middle bar support of our Cal King so be sure to install it right side up so you don’t have to re-do it as I did. Also keep in mind that there are only six tabs, two on each side and two at the foot.Read more
