The desk has a nice design but took more time than it should have since parts were missing and incorrect parts given. The small bars at the bottom that cross should have been 4 of the same but only 2 were correct while the other 2 seem to be for another desk type. In the instructions theses should all be the same, part “Q”, but 2 were curved and turned at one end. No way to make them work. The desk works without them but not as sturdy as it could be. A small corner was damaged and I’m fairly certain the one I got was a return. The package was all busted up inside and most of the plastic had been pulled apart and ripped. This item unfortunately was not checked before shipping out to someone else and I paid full price for it instead of warehouse or open box price.Read more

This desk was one of the few that met our needs (short side of the L had to be 48-50 inches long max) and it really worked out a lot better than expected. It enables my son to have separate areas for gaming/computing as well as writing/drawing. It is sturdy enough to hold the CPU with no problem (we have a hairy dog who spends a lot of time in my son’s room, so keeping the CPU on the floor isn’t an option). (P.S. the CPU is sitting on this item: “Simple Trending Metal Monitor Riser Stand and Computer Desk Organizer with Drawer” also found on Amazon; it allows us to better utilize the desk area while still keeping the CPU off the ground.) The fabric pocket on the end is actually quite sturdy and the metal hook on the other end is great for his headphones. Definitely recommend!Read more

This desk had such promise. I had been looking for months for a smaller L desk to accommodate my space. I was really starting to get over working at a card table. I stumbled upon this one day and decided on it. Then it went out of stock for a while and came back, but with color options! I was so excited not only was it going to fit, it was going to match the color scheme also. The box arrived with what looked like a spill on part of it and a hole in it as well. I figured everything was fine. I unpacked it only to find styrofoam bits all over the place. So clearly it just wasn’t packed all that well. Anyway I got to assembling it which wasn’t that easy. I have recently moved and have had to build several pieces of furniture in the last month so I feel I have been getting better at this sort of thing. This was by far the most difficult and took the longest. Ninety minutes in I pulled out the last long side of the L only to find some scraped paint with exposed particle board (see pictures). I did build it solo and took about 2 hours so overall not the easiest thing to build. There was lots pieces and they were all done with one Allen screw. It does seem sturdy, but 18” is t really that deep so I’m gonna have to get a keyboard tray for under the desk, which is another $70 to make this desk more usable. Unless of course you don’t put a monitor on it, it would probably be fine for a laptop. All in all was pretty dissatisfied with the whole thing. I’ll check back in when I get the whole computer rig going on it.Read more

Pros: 1. Very spacious: I have multiple things to keep on desk and still I have space left on desk 2. Sturdiness: The desk is very sturdy. No noise and no movement at all. We have carpet flooring. 3. I am 5.5 Feet. It is perfect for me. 4. Extra things (as side bucket, Cable C-clip magnets, Hanger for headphones): I really love these extras. Cons: 1. Takes time to assemble. 3 persons are required to assemble the desk.Read more

This is perfect for my online college classes. It was easy enough to put together I flip a few things from the actual instructions but it wasn’t hard. I put it together by myself and it took me about an hour would have been less with help. Only thing I wish it had was one of those cable baskets under the corner piece that would be amazing. Some small damage on the riser and one of the corners but not enough to take completely apart and wanna return. It light enough to move on my own but seems sturdy enough to hole all my computer and tablet stuff. I docked a star for the damage and the instructions not including the flip but it was easy enough to figure out.Read more

I absolutely love this desk! I wasn’t expecting it to be so nice for the price. I have been searching for a desk for 2 months as I’m redoing my home office. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered this one. I was sent the wrong color, I ordered rustic brown and got dark rustic but I actually love it. I have ordered a second one for my fiancé for his Christmas present to match mine. It’s a little confusing to assemble but totally worth it!! Absolutely recommend! I love how you can pick either side for the additional stand to go on, once you get the hang of the assembly it’s pretty straight forward. I was missing one piece, the piece labeled R in the instruction manual. I didn’t end up needing it as the instructions never referred to this piece. Overall really great desk! The top isn’t textured allowing easier writing.Read more

When I was putting together the desk I noticed that they did not pack the tool necessary to screw everything in so I had to use my fingers (which of course means that nothing is 100% tight). Instead of the tool “R” the labeled the one of the 2 “Q” pieces as “R” and gave me some “C-Clip” piece that doesn’t go with this product. One of the silver screws keeps falling out when I try to put it in underneath the desk, but I got all the others in no problem so the desk is fine, won’t be falling apart. The 3 parts of the desk won’t naturally touch, there is a small hard between them unless I hold them together. My biggest concern is that to connect the wooden pieces they use cheap wooden pegs, 2 of which broke after I was dumb with them (but luckily they came with 2 extras). Everything else (save the top of the desk) was metal, so I was confused why they’d do this. Aside from that, like I said the desk is solid, great (gave it 4 stars after all), came with everything else and installation was only as difficult as expected, took me maybe 2 hours.Read more

It’s a great table considering the price. It’s very sturdy and nice looking. The only downside is that it is very slim. I can barely fit my monitor and keyboard and have room between. I need to sit sideways to have space to rest my arm on the desk even when I use it with my laptopRead more
