I was tired of my slimline cutting boards sliding around the counter and having to put towels or silicon trivets under them, so I was on the cutting board hunt! I found this set of 3 cutting boards and saw that they have rubber ends and were a good assortment of sizes. I don’t need the juice grooves, but these are reversible with a flat surface on the other side, so that works for me. The boards are a good sturdy thickness without being too heavy and the handle grip makes it easy to hold them while handwashing them. Now, the grippy part – these are coated with a rubbery substance at each end. What shows their attention to detail is that the ends of the cutting boards are slightly flared and are just a bit thicker than the rest of the board. This allows for the rubbery ends to be in contact with the counter for it’s grip, so the rest of the board is very slightly off the counter by a millimeter, and makes it nice and stationary for cutting. I got rid of the rest of the hodgepodge of cutting boards I had, and am very happy using these 3 boards for my different cutting needs. They all fit in the dishwasher for deep cleaning/sterilizing, and are also easy to hand wash . These are a nice plastic board, and they do still show cut marks from my knives, and cutting on them feels solid and firm. I will buy these again, when I need another set!Read more

As a traditional cook I have always had wood cutting boards, still do. But about two months ago I decided to try and find a plastic board primarily for cutting up meat, chicken and fish, which are difficult to thoroughly clean off from a wood board. I specifically wanted a plastic board that had grooves all around to catch any liquids, and it needed to be a decent size. I liked this set and I am really glad I purchased it. I now find myself using them almost exclusive to all my other boards. The boards are a nice size selection for different jobs, and the largest one is a good size for most larger tasks. Easy to clean. Dishwasher safe. Lightweight. Nice handle. And these come with the grooves to catch liquid. The only reason for 4 stars is I can feel numerous knife cuts in the plastic. I am hoping I don’t get tiny pieces of plastic coming off and into my food, but so far I don’t see any evidence of that.Read more

These cutting boards have the rubber on the ends which works at first for non-slip but the moment something hot goes on them they warp and the ends curl up leaving the middle to become a fulcrum for a spinning cutting board. The juice groove is not very deep and cutting something such as a whole chicken or watermelon on here allows for the juice to spill over. My main gripe though is probably the awful high pitched noise these make when cutting something such as carrots that have the knife snap down on the board. The gap underneath acts like a speaker and sounds awful and is annoyingly loud. This is mainly on the large board but that is the reason I bought these, for slicing items coming off the smoker.Read more

I’m giving these cutting boards 1 star because as you can see from my 2 pics, these boards aren’t sturdy enough, they tend to stay in place most of the time but I don’t like that every time I use them to cut, chop or slice something it leaves the cut marks on the boards. I’m disappointed because I thought these were sturdy.Read more

I have granite counter tops and can’t stand when my cutting board slides all around, all these have a great rubber edge that keeps them in place even when the counter is wet. They are very heavy duty and are going to last a long time. I have bought others with that edge that dips down for spill-proof cutting and I never liked them because food gets stuck in the side and you couldn’t slide your chopped veggies into the pan, but this one is just shallow enough that that doesn’t happen and it’s easy to clean!Read more

We purchased these to replace some glass cutting board at a summer cottage, shared with 3 families. The glass board, while easy to clean and 100% resistant to cuts and knicks that can hold germs, dull our knives quickly, so going to try these. We have not yet had a chance to use them, but will post an update if they are less then great. The set of 3 is a great selection of sizes and also allows you to cut up different items without needing to wash the board between items. They seem very sturdy and we are expecting they will hold up well.Read more

Love them so far. I have plenty of cutting boards, but they are all old and have all been used at one time or another on things like onions and garlic. You think you have that smell cleaned out until you are cutting peaches on the board and they end up smelling and tasting like garlic. Yuck! Two of the three have been set aside for fruit only!Read more

I am disappointed with these Cutting Boards by Kikcoin I purchased the gray color. I received my order quickly The item was in it’s original packaging. They look nice and appeared to be sturdy. I also liked the fact that there were 3 different sizes. What I am disappointed about is that the quality is not what I expected. I used the middle size board to cut some carrots. I cut about 4 carrots and now cutting board is stained orange and the surface of the board looks like it has been used many times. there are many scratches/knife marks after only one use. I would Not recommend this Cutting board set by kikcoin.Read more
