Searched and read a lot of reviews before settling on this part. Although it says it’s compatible with our dishwasher once installed there was a glitch with the wires and it would not start. Once we discovered what was going on and why it was turning on and not starting, my dad ended up having to unhook the switch from the actual lock and rig the wires for us. The switch is currently not attached to the lock because it’s the only way we could get the washer to run. Long story short, lock works but glitched our wires. Not sure I’d recommended the hassle for this price.Read more

I was a little nervous when looking at this item as it didn’t look the same as the OEM version. I almost bought the OEM part, but it was significantly more expensive. I think this said free returns, so I gave it a shot. I’m happy to say this one fit perfectly and now we can shut our dishwasher door! It is a little ridiculous that I needed to buy the entire part, when just the plastic hook broke. Anyway, this will work to replace the part they mentioned.Read more
