At first we struggled figuring out how to adjust the length, I’m attaching a short video to this review to show how to adjust the length. I literally have only used this rope maybe 6 times. I got it only 10 days ago and it is already torn up. It is not durable at all and began to mess up on the 1st use. Also, the handles unscrew while jumping from time to time. I had to tighten them every time I used it. As you jump the handles somehow unscrew slowly. I am really disappointed cause I love how the rope feels when I jump with it. It is just cheaply made. It may work better for those who have the ability to jump rope in doors on a carpeted or hardwood floor.Read more

It’s fast, inexpensive and easily adjustable. If you’re tall like myself at 6’4, this rope in my opinion is pretty much set for that height. I would definitely recommend this jump rope.Read more

The handles are not as huge as the look on pictures, they are normal. The metal cable makes a huge difference for the durability it will last longer than the grip. It is easy to shorten the length, easy for beginners since I learned how to jump rope using this one but if it hits your leg it will sting (the only drawback of the metal cable).Read more

This is a great buy! Ok skipping ropes and not the most complex things in the world, but this little gem has some features that make it standout against the rest. First off, its light, like really lite, which makes skipping that much easier, plus the ball bearings make it fast. First time skipping since a kid and it felt like it wanted me to double if not triple skips per jump. Secondly, the tangle free nature – its not really a rope, but just plastic, but not cheap plastic so the “rope” dangles straight and true and does not twist up or anything. Thirdly, the length is a great. I am six foot and its perfect for me. However my wife who is only 5’2″ can still easily use it. Lastly, the grips are super comfy and do not get sweaty. They remind me of a comfortable tennis racquet grip. For the price point, these are a bargain.Read more

I have read the men’s health review that this skipping rope is the price seller. That is true! It’s really cheap. Everyone can afford 10-15 bucks for a rope. if u want to trip while skipping or if you want to get hit with the rope while you are jumping or you want to fail while jumping. Please buy this. Stupid rope, the bearing in this rope is horrible, so it will retract every 20-30 jumps….I am not sure if its only with mine . I am not that bad in jumping rope, can do non-stop 200+. I was unhappy with this product. I wish I could return but the time expired I believe.Read more

Handles are light and the top part unscrewed while I was using it for first time and the rope went flying during skipping and almost hit someone else in the eye nearby… If you are experienced in skipping don’t buy this… I only got it based on good reviews from Amazon but seems they were wrong.
