I specifically asked how easy it was to attach the elastic band and was told in the Q&A section that it was easy – to just slip it though the hole and tie an knot. Nope, one knot slips back out through the hole, two knots slips back out, three knots slips back out. The only other way is to tie the elastic around the whole thing – it takes forever bc the elastic band is too short for that. Total waste, was not able to use at the party!Read more
