First purchased Sakrete plastic 8inch spikes from Lowes, my soil is too sandy & the spikes too short to actually hold my pavers in place. I found these on Amazon and they’re great!Read more

I used these for securing landscape timbers to the ground. They worked well for this purpose. I was afraid they would be a liitle short, but after about a week in the ground they proved to be quite secure.Read more

Needed more for my plastic edging and they did the job perfect. Very strong and easy to put into the ground. Only thing I did not like about them is they started to rust before I even put mulch in the flower bed not even a week later, just from being exposed to rain. It didn’t matter because I covered them with mulch I just did not expect them to rust that quickly. They still are very durable and sturdy and did not come out of the ground despite them starting to rust. They also were strong enough to go through parts of the ground that has a rocky consistency too them with a little extra hammering. Would definitely purchase again if needed.Read more

I am only giving these a three because of how fast they rust and because it took me hours to pull them out of the lawn edging i staked into the ground. The rust was so bad that I had to use a small sledge hamer to drive them back through the edging. I had not planned on removing the edging except I had to change the paver path. Big mistake thinking they would just pull out. Just be awareRead more

I recently redid the landscaping in my backyard. I have a lot of rock covering a dry creek bed that carries rainwater away from the house. After putting down new mulch, I used landscape timber’s to hold it in place. I used the landscape nails to keep the timber’s in place. They are very heavy and long enough to go at least 6-7” into the ground leaving a few inches to corral the timbers.Read more

These work great, and I feel as though my edging will stay securely in the ground. They are quite weighty, and although the heads may not look perfect afterwards (doesn’t matter as they will be covered), the hammer’s put them through some pretty rocky, hard soil. I did leave one lying out in the rain, straight out of the box and the next morning, it did have quite a bit of rust on it.Read more

These are solid steel nails, 10 inches long, and 1/2 inch in diameter. I use them to hold down the skirting around my RV. They are easy to drive into grassy fields, dirt, gravel, hard and soft soil, and they hold my skirting securely even in strong winds and gusts. They are not stainless steel (which would cost a small fortune) so they will rust.Read more

A bit more expensive then i would expect to pay for what is basically a metal nail. That being said, they are strong and do work well. I’ve hit rocks/crap while driving them in and you can really just pound on them and they dont bend.Read more

This product was very useful in my landscaping pursuits, particularly in my terracing. The head on it is big enough to secure bungee chords or twine. It is also easy enough to hit with a hammer and holds position quite well. I recommend these.Read more

They do work well and compared to the others you can buy from Dimex, cheaper. But I much prefer the other ones they sell. Maybe they should consider offering them at a better price.Read more

Used these to hammer down predrilled wood planks to make a walking path in my backyard. They were sturdy and so is my path.Read more

Not only are these among the least cost in their class, they are very heavy duty. Wishing I had bought more a few months ago when they were about $5 less. Regardless, I can’t find anything that compares. These are significantly thicker than some stakes I bought a few years ago. They plow past or through rocks and stay anchored. They will rust, which as I understand helps them to stay well seated in the ground. They might rust through some day, but are so thick, I’ll probably be in the ground before they come out of the ground.Read more

We had previously used 8 inch spikes for landscaping around pavers, synthetic lawn, and mulch areas. The 8 inch ones were ok, but seemed to not go quite deep enough at times, and had a little movement unless the ground was very compacted, which sometime the top inches of soil might be loosely packed. I had not seen these spikes before, but we tried them on our most recent projects. Apparently the ever so slight difference between the 8 inch spikes to the 10 inch spiked was all we needed. These spikes have no movement and a very sturdy. However, the 8 inch spikes were usable for the synthetic turf because they were skinnier. These are very thick, and are good for edging and such, but I would not recommend using in a synthetic turf (which we had considered doing before actually seeing them). For edging (what we intended to use them for) they are perfect.Read more
