This is a very well made product and it came with so many extra batteries! Even one single extra battery is unheard of in this day and age, so I’m very impressed. It also comes with a carabiner and a velcro strap so you can decide how and where you want to attach it. For a minute I thought it wasn’t going to fit my preferred poo bags, but you have to really line up the hole in the cardboard tubing with the little X on the inside of the holder. It fit perfectly after I figured that out. Great product! I love the little bungee to hold the filled bags. Hands-free is the way to be.Read more

The bag dispenser is obviously an essential for dog walkers/owners, but where this thing stands out is the flash light feature. This has been such a lifesaver. We’ve been using it for 3 weeks so far, & the batteries seem to be holding out (unless the cap isn’t tight). They sent replacement batteries as well which I appreciated. Nighttime poop pick-ups on walks is 1 thing, but what we primarily use this for: avoiding puppy poo landmines in the yard when taking her outside for potty breaks in the dark! We’ve got a sizeable corner yard & picking up her puppy poop doesn’t happen on the daily, & this flashlight saves our “soles” when we do our bedtime bathroom breaks & ESPECIALLY the 2 breaks in the wee hours of the morning when we’re super groggy. This dispenser looks cute and is a great concept. I only had it for a few weeks when the clip that attaches to the leash stopped staying closed and the dispenser would keep falling off the leash. I ended up taping it so it would stay closed. Then the bottom part that contains the battery/flashlight and keeps the bags in the holder started randomly falling off. I would often have to back track on walks to try to find it when it would fall off. It finally fell off and i wasn’t able to locate it. So i would not purchase this again.Read more

Sounds like a great idea but the light feature is mediocre at best. Not exceptionally bright when it does actually work. Alot of times it takes messing with the light to get it to work. More often than not it’s easier to just pull out my phone and use the flashlight feature on it.Read more

I really love this product, it was exactly what I wanted for early morning/late night poops! Unfortunately our puppy yanked the leash from our teen’s hand and it fell on the concrete and busted the flashlight within the first week. I plan to order again as it is so practical! I mean, I kept the attachment and used it on another poop bag holder as I LOVE that it can hold a full poop bag on our walk.Read more

First of all, love the wealth of accessories that come with this product. They really thought of everything (beyond also offering a smart product!). I can’t quite speak on sturdiness or durability just yet as I only received the product today, but it seems pretty good. HOWEVER, I docked a star: please please please redesign the battery cover. While setting up the product and before attaching it to my dog’s leash, I wanted to pull the plastic tab that was separating some of the batteries. Maybe I didn’t need to open the battery cover to do this, but regardless when you replace the batteries in the future you’ll inevitably have to open the cover. Anyway, my complaint is I poked my nail bed with the tiny battery cover tab and it’s quite painful. Please redesign the battery cover tab and make it larger/easier to pull down on with your finger.Read more

I like this, but the light has been too dim from the start and after just 2-3 months it has started flickering on and off while in use. To be fair I have dropped it a couple of times, but that should be expected and engineered for with a product like this. Dogs pull, jump, play, get twisted in their leash, etc. It would be perfect if the light were brighter and it was a little more durable.Read more

I tried to contact the seller pre writing the review but I could only get Amazon help desk. We’ve had this a month and loved it so much my sister and dad bought one for their leads. Unfortunately ours snapped, it wasn’t dropped, it wasn’t flung or chewed, I lifted the lead and the poo bag dispenser dropped off the silver clasp and fell to the floor.
