I have several complaints about this product and wish to present them out for you and allow you to draw your own conclusions on if this is the product for you. We liked this product as we did not want something that shocked the dog as we’re not fans of that level of training and without the barbs it could also be left on longer. Despite that it took very little time for us to realize this would not help in training or preventative measures. The first issue we had was that all of the directions provided assume you still have the shock version of the collar; they do not bother creating different sets of instructions or guidelines for a different product. This is a red flag for me that shows they do not care about their product or support. On the plus side, the device charged quickly and despite how little we had it maintained its charge very well. The app is the absolute worst piece of garbage and at the time of writing this review barely has 2 stars on the store. If you want to configure the various settings such as how strong the vibration is then it immediately sends it to your dog! They get a negative experience for me adjusting a setting? That’s ridiculous! This is for both vibration and audio settings and tested on multiple devices. On the app as well none of the audio names match up with what is actually done. Set the configuration to say “Stop” and it shouts “Shut up”, set it to “Quiet” and it shouts “No”, set it to “Car Alarm” you get “Stop”. Try to change the volume, it shouts at the dog again and half the time the options of what you want it to say disappear. So it’s almost a complete guess as to what it’s going to say to the dog and the whole time you’re trying to figure it out its just shouting at the poor animal that’s doing nothing wrong. Yes, you could take it off, configure it and then put it back on but that defeats the purpose of on the fly training adjustments. On top of that, just leaving it in the bark detect mode had the thing telling my dog to “shut up” (despite not being set for that command) while she was just lying on her pillow trying to nap with no noise from her or anywhere else in the room. The device would not maintain Bluetooth connectivity even when standing right in front of the dog it was constantly disconnecting. It does not allow for multiple devices to be connected to it at once (another negative when you have multiple people in the house dealing with the dog) and so we had at first assumed another device was attempting to connect and kicking the current one off but that was easy to test and confirm that it was just bad Bluetooth. Perhaps because of the bad Bluetooth the biggest and final straw was the fact that pushing the “Send” button was incredibly delayed so that by the time it was vibrating and telling the dog to “Stop” it had already been several seconds, an eternity in dog training that leaves the dog confused and not understanding which action was the bad one. With a massive overhaul to the app and some upgrades to documentation to show that they care this could be an excellent product but as-is we are returning it and looking for anything else.Read more

Ok, this was a last ditch effort to reduce barking by my dogs when they see golfers or neighbor dogs. I was 100% expecting ho-hum results, but this think just simply works!! Purchased two (same item), one for 100lb Golden, and one for a 20lb Terrier. Set them up using the app (both work off same app login), and was able to differentiate setting but dog per their individual needs. Can choose from sound / no sound, can select none / low / medium / high for vibration alert. Can also set as beep/vibrate with a Bart, or escalate if barks continue. Itâs super flexible and can adjust as your dog learns from the reinforcement. It took 48-hours and the dogs now know and catch themselves before barking or quickly after an initial bark. Itâs life-changing for me and my neighbors!!! Best part is that itâs humane, no shock or pain required to the animal!!! This is exactly what I have been looking for! The collar works with my phone as an app so I don’t need to add another device to my dog park travels and there are on prongs to damage your dogs skin. The vibrate feature has adjustable levels and you can use the vibrate with or without sound or vise versa. It is light weight for most dogs but probably too large for a mini or teacup. I have not used it in rain or water yet so no advice there but the absolute best part is the battery stays charged for a long time with average use. I charged it full and haven’t recharged it in 2+ weeks. You can use it for training and/or barking but I only use it for training. There are 3 very configurable bark alerts 1st, 2nd, and 3rd warning. I have remapped my power button to open the app quickly but you still need to click a few steps to get to the remote part. If you keep it ready and open, it responds very quickly once the remote “send” is sent (if using it for training). Barking response happens immediately without remote. Overall, this is the most reactive, least cumbersome phone training tool I have used out of 3 devices for the phone. The only downside I see is that there are a few steps to initially get to the remote, if your screen locks it requires a wake up, and there is no widget for the remote “send” which would greatly speed things up. This worked from day 1! My dog stops barking and runs back to me every time, mostly confused and a little fearful unfortunately but she gets treats every time. Itâs been 3 weeks and this has definitely reduced the barking outbursts by more than half. We use it 3-5 hours a day and itâs going on 3 weeks without having to charge it yet. The app is super easy to use and the custom recording feature worked well to record my own voice saying the command word. The strap is soft and good quality. Overall, this is working out great so far and we hope that with enough time (and treats) we will only have to use the command word. For size reference, my dog is 45 lbs with a 16 inch neck.Read more

This works. I feel a bit of an expert on Bark Collars, only because I rescued a shih Tzu/Bichon pup 9 years ago, who came with that high pitched incessant bark. You know the ones. Also, he became Very protective, so barks at everything. Lets put it this way, I apologize to my neighbors in advance. So, I have tried Every Bark collar, bark gadget out there over the past 9 years and nothing worked to stop him. Until now. This works. I swear I felt a tear crawling down my cheek when he stopped after the first Beep and Buzz. Couldn’t believe it. I LOVE that he isn’t getting Zapped in the process and I LOVE that you can set it to your dogs unique barking style, which I think made the difference here. I know folks on here gave bad reviews for the app. This isn’t Wi-Fi, it’s Bluetooth. As long as you are fully in reality of what Bluetooth is capable of, you shouldn’t be disappointed.Read more
