    Arrived with exp date 10yrs out. I always buy from the duracell direct amazon store to avoid retailers selling old ones or fakes. Easiest way is to go-to duracell.com find the battery you need and click thier link to buy and you will see an option on the next page to buy from the duracell store on amazon. Then click on the amazon link and it takes you to the amazon page for the battery. As long as you don’t play with anything on the page and just add to the cart your battery will come from duracell, not other retailers.Read more

    I ordered this battery to replace the old one in my digital thermometer. Inserted it three times no response. Inserted the old one and the reading came up as “low”. New battery was a waste of money. I won’t buy any batteries from Amazon again. I was trying to limit my shopping during this virus outbreak. Only cost $2.63 so not worth the hassle of a return.Read more

    They just suck and are expensive. They die in a weird way. Kind of not working, then working, then dead. Some last longer than others. They are all supposed to last for years but, I never got more than a year or two out of a remote or other device that uses them other than simple LCD bike pedometers. I wish they would stop making things with these in them. I now go out of my way to avoid button battery products or remotes. Duracell makes fine batteries. If I get more than 2 years out of this, used in a remote thermostat, I will increase the rating but, I doubt it!Read more
