Inaccurate product description and advertisement. This is advertised as having two 2.4 amp ports, it says so both in the title and in the description. On the labeling of the charger itself, it clearly informs me that the second USB port is limited to 1.6 amps. This does not suit my needs that I bought this product for. I won’t be bothering with a return due to the low cost, but I will not be purchasing anything from this brand or supplier again.Read more

There are some misleading statements about this charger. Yes, it does indeed have the Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging port and it works. However, it states that the other two charging ports are 2.4A each. This is not true. The 2nd port is 2.4A but the 3rd port is only 1.6A. I have included a picture with this review showing the output information that is on the actual charger itself. It is a total of 4.0A for both ports but it states multiple times in the product description that each port will output 2.4A each if used individually. This is not the case according to the I formation on the charger itself.Read more

I used as power meter attached to this device and the green ‘quick charge’ port only read .41-.64 amps while the top USB port was .79-.81 amps and the middle charging port was .82 amps max. Even if my phone did not support the quick charge function; it should have defaulted to the 1.4amp/ 2.4 amp option. Yes; the non quick charge ports have more current and will charge faster; but None reached the default 1.4amp/2.4 amp rates. Overall a 0 star. I would not buy this device again.Read more

I have a few QC chargers and thought this was priced well. Only problem is it requires a tool to get the plug extended from the body of the charger itself. Aside from that the housing/body feels like extrememly cheap plastic. Charging cabalities aside it’s gong to be an annoyance to travel with since I’ll have to always find something to pry the plug out with, or always leave it extended thus negating some of the travel benefits to a small charger. Three USB ports. One QC 3.0, 2.4A, and 1.6ARead more

Bought this in early June for my dad to charge his android phone and iPad with one charger. I wouldn’t recommend it for travel: if you don’t need to, don’t fold down the plug, it’s a bear to get it out again, but dad didn’t need it for that so he’d leave the plug out and just set the charger aside when he wasn’t using it and it was fine. But today (early December) he went to charge his iPad and it just kept making the “plug in” sound as if it was making and then losing and then making contact again. He tried cleaning the end of the lightning cable and the port on his iPad, changing the port the cord was plugged into, changing the outlet the charger was plugged into, finally using a different charging cable got the sound to stop and allowed his iPad to charge. So fine, we thought it was just the Apple charging cord, but tonight he went to plug in his iPad and his phone and this time the phone (plugged into the quick charge port) wouldn’t charge and the blue light that’s always been solid on the charger keeps flashing. Again, cleaning the plug, the port, unplugging the charger, moving to a different outlet, all did nothing. It charges plugged into one of the slower ports, but the quick charge port seems to be completely dead and his phone doesn’t recognize it as being plugged in there. It was great while it lasted, and used to charge his phone from basically dead to full in around an hour, but 6 months of use is too short of a time for this purchase to be worth it IMO. Update: unlike me, my mom thought the price was worth the 6 months the first one lasted (and being able to charge dad’s phone, tablet, and her phone when she needed all at once—which doesn’t happen often, usually she charges at a different time of day, but she liked the option) so she actually went ahead and ordered another… which didn’t work right from the day they got it. If you messed with it, plugged and unplugged the USBs, the charger itself, the devices, wiggled things around, etc, eventually it would charge okay but it was a struggle every single time just to charge a single device, let alone actually get 2 or more going. I helped her figure out the return and Amazon sent her a replacement, which my dad told me today is actually working like it should and like the first one did for a few months. I’m still not impressed, but I guess we’ll see how long this one lasts.Read more

The media could not be loaded. I use this for my boyfriend’s iPhone, my android, and our portable charger (to charge them all nightly). It has no problem being left in the wall, we have it plugged into a 6-plug power strip. This has helped us immensely with saving 3 whole plugs for separate devices. Unfortunately it’s rather loose and can come out if knocked the right angle. Or if its plugged in with the plug on top it can come right out. So I stabilize it with a plug underneath and it seems to do fine. We haven’t had any problems yet, we took it on vacation and it stayed plugged into a horizontal plug (into a lamp stand).Read more

Honestly, I’m sure it would be a good charger if not for one specific problem: whenever I plugged it in, it would immediately show that it was charging and then the blue charge light would go out. Anything that was plugged in to the charger would stop charging almost immediately after it was plugged in. Furthermore- if I was able to get it to charge, any movement of the charger would basically disconnect the power from the charger.Read more
