I’m on day 15 and only 4 are new to me every other one was a repeat and I really am disappointed! I’m not even ganna order next years if this is how it’s ganna be it’s a waste of money Update: after seeing other reviews of them missing days I opened mine I left them wrapped but I did count and I had all 24 days and none were missing my but one was empty because it had moved in the shipping process so I just put it back in it’s spot So I guess it just depends if the factory messed up the packaging on certain boxes because mine came with all 24 days I absolutely loved this so far! The only bad thing was the release date kept getting pushed back so I waited over a month instead of a week but it came within 4 days of its release date and it came in perfect shape with no damage or anything I haven’t opened it yet since I’m using it to count down till Christmas but the outside is amazing so farRead more

Havent opened it yet, gift for my daughter who LOVES HP preordered then was delayed. Finally arrived huge slice across the front looks like they hit it with a boxcutter. I bought this for my 6 year old as she had to give up the advent calendars we had bought her due to a suspected nut allergy. She loves this, she’s only got into Harry Potter this year and this has been a great way for her to feel special despite her possible allergy. For me I like it that there is a figure behind each door that makes it great value for money. They are well made with great detail, I like that you can place them on the platform in front as they await the rest of the characters. It feels a lot to pay for an advent calendar but when you see the quality of the figures you’re actually getting a bargain. I’d buy again in a heartbeat.Read more

Achetée dès sa sortie, j’ai voulu vérifier pour mon fils qu’il n’y avait aucun problème (doubles, manque…) et 1) il y avait 1 doublon, 2) 16 personnages identiques au calendrier 2018 et 3) 2 animaux identiques mais version velours. Heureusement l’originalité de cette année (attention spoilers) ce sont quelques personnages qui n’était pas là en 2018 + les 3 versions velours “flocked” des animaux. Donc à ce prix, entre l’erreur (doublon) et les mêmes personnages, je retourne le produit sans échange.Read more

Very first time buying something like this especially since due to the price and unfortunately when it was time to open number 8 the wrapper was init but no figure very very disappointing considering I paid £35 you would think it would be perfect not a single thing wrong. This would be a great product if not for two things… 1. If this is your first time buying, gifting, using this product, you’re good to go. If you are a repeat buyer like myself, as others have said…. LOTS of repeats from past year’s advent calendars. From what I can tell, only 2 “new” characters. 2. My box arrived with one missing pack. This problem goes back to the factory that did the packaging. One individual pack was completely sealed but empty. This tells me that during assembly, one toy didn’t packaged. With that said, luckily this particular advent calendar won’t be used as is since I remove them and put them into a heirloom advent calendar that we own. My advice to people purchasing for your kiddos, be sure to check and make sure all of the individual packs are intact. I would hate to see a little one get short changed.Read more

I first started buying these four years ago, and the two I’ve opened so far this year are duplicates from the calendar from four years ago. Other reviews indicate that all but ONE are repeats from previous years – I can’t confirm since I’ve only opened two, but that’s incredibly disappointing news. Given that, this will be my last year with this calendar. There are so many cool Harry Potter characters; I’m not sure why Funko insists on the repeats every year.Read more

My daughter is 10 and absolutely loves this Funko advent calendar. She especially likes the flocked animal figures she’s opened so far (Fang and Crookshanks). They’re cute, but I’m not as impressed. Day 1 she got Harry, who has 2 left arms and a mess of glue all over him. I’m guessing Funko chose quantity over quality in their rush to push these out for the holidays. The other characters have random manufacturing flaws too (paint, glue etc…). This is our first Funko product, so I don’t know if these defects are typical of the brand. We’re 6 days in to advent, so hopefully the rest of the characters aren’t as sloppy. She didn’t receive any duplicates or missing figures in her set. Based on first impressions, I probably won’t be buying Funko again.Read more
