We absolutely love this bed! My lab is 100+ pounds and getting up there in age (11 years) and this bed is perfect for him. I was genuinely surprised at how large/soft it ended up being – it’s perfect to snuggle up with them on! It did take a little bit of getting used to…they are used to their Costco beds (which are also nice!) But once they realized it was a comfy bed it’s all they lay on! I know once it gets colder in WA its going to be a favorite place for them to rest. For my lab it was a perfect size but we definitely could have sized down. Our dogs all like to sleep together though, so for that it was perfect 🙂 we love!Read more

Would NOT recommend under any circumstances. The first time I washed the “washable” cover, the fuzz on the inside separated and got ALL over the washer, and refused to come out. We have been picking it out of our laundry for weeks. The first wash also ripped a hole in the thin fabric of the cover, and since then my dogs have managed to rip it apart.Read more

Giving two stars because it LOOKS great and my dog loves it but it completely fell apart after washing it. Inside netting that separates the pillow from the main core came unraveled, zipper broke, and the stitching on the outside ripped wide open. Not only did I follow instructions, I took it a step further and used a protective garment bag and hung it dry. I wish I would have just spent $20 more to get a second Kong Bed. We’ve washed and dried the cover to the Kong Bed 50+ times with zero issues whatsoever. In fact, I have a cover from our first Kong Bed from 4 years ago still in immaculate shape. If you never want to wash this bed, buy it. It’s pretty. But if you’re buying this “washable” bed with the intent to one day wash it, move on.Read more

I am always struggling to find a bed that is large enough for my 180# english mastiff to lay by himself that will provide support for his weight and have a washable cover. About 8 months ago we got a german shepherd and he always wants to lay with my Mastiff. I needed a big bed but did not expect it to be this large. The picture is of my 180# mastiff and 90# german shepherd laying together. Clearly there is still room and it’s not even sagging to the ground because of weight. I am so happy I found this bed and I think my furbabies are also happy. I cant speak for how it will hold up overtime and with washing but so far we like it!Read more

I ordered the 3XL for our 42 lb Siberian Husky because she sleeps LONG. She would hang off of other bolster beds. The bed arrived rolled, compressed and sealed. It has a cover that goes over the foam for sanitary reasons. I suggest using the cover if your dog gets too hot on a foam bed. The foam was already covered with the outer fabric. It takes about 48 hours for the foam to completely expand. One corner of the foam stayed compressed and I called the company. They told me to use a steamer or steam iron about 4-6 inches away for the foam to help it expand. This worked almost immmediatly so don’t panic if you get a compressed corner. I also had a problem with the zipper on the outside cover which was irreparably broken and I needed to take the cover off in order to put the foam protection cover on the foam. I explained this problem and all I had to do was forward a picture of the damage and my Amazon order confirmation email and I got a replacement cover right away. It was great to do business with a company who stands by their product! Because the weather is getting warmer I also slipped a cooling pad between the cloth cover and the foam cover. My husky took to the bed right away, sleeps all night on it, and stretches out without falling off. The bolsters are just big enough for her to feel them against her back (as most dogs love to do). I recommend this bed for every dog and I recommend this company.Read more

So I had bought a bed similar but smaller bed at Costco in the US that ended up losing firmness in the main body and got kinda flat. My dog still likes that bed but this seemed to be a better one. This one is deffinately thicker, sturdier, and larger than the Costco bed I have and I was/am very pleased with its quality. It came vaccum sealed and reformed almost instantly out of the plastic bag. I can tell that the firmness is going to last because my 90lb Shar-pei mix hardly makes a dent when she lays on it. That made me worry it was gonna be too firm because Nava is so spoiled she thinks carpet isn’t soft enough and must have some form of cushiony blanket to lay on in most cases. Apparently I worried for naught, she loves this new bed and for the past week+ she has layed on it almost exclusively, she still prefers to eat snacks on the old bed, but that could be a training thing. I taught her to go to her “Kennel” when training her from a pup and continued to use the word “Kennel” when I want her to lay on her bed that replaced her “Kennel”. I will admit that I layed a blanket over the new bed simply because it was “her” blanket but I didnt bunch it up, I just used it to get her to know that was her bed now. I could probably remove the thin blanket now but decided to leave it because of the one thing I was annoyed with this bed. The water-proof matress cover. I was very disappointed in that. 1st it was NOT on the matress, it came seperately in a plastic bag inside the box. That required me to 1st remove the entire outer cover which was not too difficult, but wow was I annoyed from that point on. If anyone has ever tried to force an oversized sturdy piece of foam into a cover that is made to fit an exact dimension then you know what happened next. Insane amounts of shoving, squishing, cursing, sweating, and extreme an utter frustration since at least in my case the foam was a tad to big and did not fit. This wouldnt have been as much of an issue had the case had anything that resembled a quality zipper on it. No this zipper busted at the seams the second I tried zipping it closed. Even after squishing it down so there was zero tension, as soon as I let go and the matress foam expanded, the zipped area split right open making the zipper useless. I tried rezipping and getting the teeth to reset but it was just an utter waste of time. Then I had to remove the protection cover since I couldnt zip it closed and proceed to go through the same process to put it back into the outside cover which thankfully has a slightly better quality zipper. I bought this bed believing it would be much easier to clean because of the waterproof matress cover, on the rare accident its nice to have that accident NOT seep down into the matress foam. I know from experience on my actual memory foam matress which has a protection cover how much they actually protect when Nava got sick and puked all over my bed and not a single drop got through to my matress. I was expecting this same result for Nava’s bed since it was advertised that way. If the zipper been better quality and had the strength to hold that foam expanding against it then it would have been amazing. To the makers of this dog bed, I was disapointed enough when I realized the protection cover had to be installed myself but then that poor decision to use a cheap zipper makes this bed go from 5 star Amazing to 4 Star Good because as all pet owners know at some point there will be something that will end up on this bed and I will not know how clean I can get it until after that happens. If the foam gets ruined by smells etc.. the bed becomes useless and if that happens, instead of trusting your brand, I will have to look elsewhere. Hopefully I get a year+ at least before that happens since this was not a cheap costing pet bed. In closing, I am fine with the bed, dog really likes it, but at this cost I will not buy again if needed unless I am assured the zipper on the matress protector is fixed. I also would appreciate being sent a replacement of a working cover if mine was just a fluke, to which I would happily add a star and change my review accordingly!Read more

I liked that the dogs used them the second I put them on the floor. Previously had the Costco round beds which are more economical, but found those beds hard to flatten after washing the covers. Time will tell how durable these beds are, and how they stand up to a cover washing. Felt good that the dog actually used the pillow, awwww Have had for about a month and the stitching is coming apart where the bed meets the pillow part! These will not last long !Read more

We love this bed, we have a 8 lb. Pomeranian who is very spoiled and loves a lot of space to stretch out with a few of her toys. It is well made and a really good size. I know she thinks it’s her couch. It is washable as well, that’s a bonus to us because a lot of Dog beds are only wipe off. You won’t be disappointed in this dog bed.Read more

My senior dog immediately laid on the bed when I put it down and hasn’t moved since so it gets her stamp of approval. This bed is a lot thicker than I’d expected. The bottom is plush and when my dog lays on it there’s very little indent (she’s 45lbs). The arms are filled with loose foam bits so I had to fluff them up a bit when it arrived but they fill out nicely. The cover I can see being a hair magnet. I haven’t washed it yet but I can imagine it’ll be a bit of a pain to get the hair out.Read more

Edit: followed up three times and the seller still haven’t let me know if they would send me a replacement or a replacement cover. Returning this now. The dog bed came on time and after examining it I noticed a couple of things that bothers me: 1. I’m unable to unzip top part of the dog bed all the way because part of stitches are sewed right on the zipper (see 2nd picture) 2. The top part of the dog bed is loosely stuffed, and it is not very cushion-y I’m not sure if the zipper issue is just happened to the one I brought. I plan to contact the seller and hopefully to figure something out.Read more

Trying to find a bed big enough and fluffy enough for a great dane took a big of time but I am so glad we found this one! My great dane Maizie loves this bed. It’s light and easy to move around the house, it’s fluffy and we’ve had it for a year now and it’s still comfortable. She loves the pillow sides and although getting the fabric cover on and off can be a struggle sometimes, it’s absolutely do-able by yourself but much easier with two people. I have no regrets. Amazing dog bed. She loves it.Read more
