I had high hopes for this product because of the reviews. I’m not one to write negative reviews but in this case I feel it’s necessary. Within about 2 minutes into using the jump rope for the first time, the handle loosened and the rope almost hit me in the face! Luckily the weight inside the handle didn’t come flying out! Needless to say how dangerous those scenarios could have been. I refastened the top to the handle and double checked the tightness for both handles just to be safe. However, the opposite side of the handle started to unscrew as well. At this point I just decided to take both weights out and to just proceed with my workout. I had no problems after that but it’s clear that this product isn’t quality made.Read more

This looks like a great jump rope and it’s very pretty but mine does not seem to contain any of the pieces as pictured to be able to adjust. It’s impossible to get that small plastic piece off and it seems like there’s something else missing inside the handles. I’m 5 feet tall and this rope is absolutely too long for me. If I could adjust it, I would give it five stars because it seems great otherwise but it’s just way too long for me.Read more

So far, not impressed. I twisted off the cap of the rope, but can’t get the white thingys to release from one another in order to make the adjustment. Also, many people have complained that they were unable to cut the rope. If it’s all that easy and ratings are high, why hasn’t anyone done a video of an adjustment? I’d hate to return this rope, just because I can’t figure out how to adjust the damn thing. Help!Read more

really good jump rope!! only con is that it’s nearly impossible to adjust. you can’t cut through the coil thingy in the plastic tube/rope. i’m 5ft talk so it was too long for me, so i ended up tying a “knot” to my desired length on both sides of the handles and forcibly squeezed the excess rope in the handles and all worked out lol. if you choose to do it that way (which i recommend if you cant adjust it any other way), be careful of the coil thingy poking out at the very end of the rope! i poked myself the first time. :p otherwise, it’s a really good product!!Read more

Why 3 stars: -Arrived nicely and well packed. -I’m 5″2′, I needed to cut off about 2 inches of the rope. Do note that it needs more than regular scissors for cutting, I only had scissors and knife so it took more effort and time. Be careful on those sharp wires! -Rope design is stylish. Handle weights were perfect for me. -I didn’t like the free pouch that came with it. -It gets tangled every time and it’s tricky fixing it. -What frustrates me the most is that it gets tangled while jumping. I have 50 jump ropes and it is my number one form of exercise. I love this rope. The handles are perfect for grip. I like that there are weights in the handles that can be removed. I like it as much as my cross ropes.Read more

Terrible jump rope. I’m an avid jumproper and this is garbage. 1. To cut it to size is near impossible 2. Once cut to size I stared to use and the weights make the jump rope twist. You can not use this rope with the weights inside. 3. After removing the weights, the handles are empty and you can feel the rope moving around. Do not recommend!Read more
