I was left stranded early one morning when my tire was completely flat. I had no choice but to drive to the nearest gas station to inflate the tire. After a couple of days I noticed that the tire was going flat again. I immediately started a search for a compact tire inflator. I purchased this portable air compressor just in case. The product arrived and I was a bit surprised to see how compact it was. I was suspicious about how it would perform. The following day I found my tire flat again. I read the instructions and went to work. I started my car and plugged the compressor into the 12V outlet in my car. I selected my units (psi) and my desired pressure of 35psi. I hooked it up to my tire and it immediately read 6psi. I started the compressor and to my surprise it had no problems inflating the tire to 35psi. It took about 8-10 minutes with absolutely no issues. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and at such a great price. I would 100% recommend this portable air compressor. You never know when you might need it and it won’t take up a whole lot of room in your trunk.Read more

When I was placing my order for this product, I was concerned that it may not function well and be accurate in measuring the amount of pressure. The product is very compact in size which is nice for storage. I used the air compressor to fill air into 4 tires and checked the pressure reader with a manual gauge – the air compressor is accurate. I like that the air compressor automatically shuts off once the set pressure is reached. You can set it, start it and walk away to do something nearby. I do not have any negative comments to make about the product since I have only had it for about a week. I cannot speak to the durability and longevity of the air compressor. I would recommend this product if you are looking for something compact and fairly reasonable in price.Read more

I have carried a portable compressor in my car for over 25 years. When my old unit finally gave out, I read many reviews before purchasing the Glamore air compressor. It met expectations. Nice and simple to use! I live in a state where the temperature can change rather drastically, and as a result of this, my low tire pressure indicator comes on from time to time. Womp.. womp… For me, getting air is a chore because I don’t want to have to pay for it if I am out and about. Thus, the purchase of this handy guy. After plugging it in, you dial in your preferred tire pressure and start the compressor. Once it achieves the desired amount, it automatically turns itself off. Comes with several adapters too. Super easy to use and compact for storage.Read more

It says this is capable of inflating tires up to 150 psi. That is a lie! This thing isn’t good for anything but pool toys and basketballs. I just put 20 pounds of pressure in my vehicle tire and the thing smells like it’s all burnt up now. It specifically says four cars motorcycles etc. Don’t Believe a word of it. Spend a little extra and get a good one.They sent me a new one and it took 45 minutes to put 10 pounds of pressure in two tires. The hose connecting into the tire got so hot I burned my hand.Read more

We recently bought a new car and noticed the other day that the tire pressure was low enough for us to get a warning. Since using tire pressure pumps around where we live is expensive I bought this compressor with the thought that it might save us from having to constantly spend money until we could get the tire pressure stable. The compressor was delivered today and I immediately used it to air all the tires and wanted to take a moment to share what was good and what was not so good about this device. First, it is light and has a built-in handle which makes carrying it easy. It comes with a detachable power cord about 8 or 9 feet long that plugs into a 12 volt socket and a short air hose that is permanently attached to the device. The air hose has a “locking” nozzle that allows you to attach it to the valve when filling the tire which makes it relatively easy to add air. The compressor also comes with a built-in light which would be handy if having to use it at night and has a digital display to set the air pressure you wish to set the tires to and an automatic shut-off so that it stops “airing” the tires at the pressure you choose. It is relatively quick so that it took less than a minute to increase the tire pressure from 28 psi to 33 psi in our lowest pressure tire. There are some downsides to this compressor. First, the air pressure hose is short and could not reach from the ground to some of the tire values in our car (16″ wheels) because those valves were at the top of the tire. That means that either you have to hold the compressor while it is working or place it on some stand. Second, it vibrates quite a bit so even if you place it on the ground or on some stand the vibration of the unit causes it to “walk” around on its rubber legs. Third, although the power cord is long enough to reach from the power outlet in our car to any tire it is not long enough so that you can carry the device around the car when airing the tires. I had to run the power cord out the window on one side, air the tires on that side, pass it back into the car and out the other side window and then air the tires on that side. The last issue is minor but worth mentioning. You can set the tire pressure you want on the digital display and the device will shut off, but not until it is 0.5 psi above the pressure you set so if you want 33 psi you probably should set it to 32.5 psi to get it shut off at 33 psi. All in all this is a nice and handy compressor. It is small and light and so easy to carry around when you travel, and it works off of the 12 volt system in the car. It is new so I can’t speak toward how long it will last but will update this review if I find that it breaks easily. I took one star off of the Accuracy rating due to the fact that it does not turn off at the set pressure and 1 star off of the Easy to use rating due to the need to pass the device through the car to get to the tires on both side. Other than the issues I mentioned I think it is a great little compressor.Read more

This little compressor is awesome! It’s very compact and lightweight and very easy to use. I love that it has a desired psi that automatically shuts off when it’s reached. I’ve had it for about a month and so far so good. Would definitely recommend. UPDATE 11/23/21 The little compressor finally gave out after 2 years of owning it. I used it a several times a month for 2 years straight and it just died suddenly. I even opened it up to see if I could fix it but sadly I couldn’t. I think for the price it’s an okay deal. Might consider another brand not sure.Read more
