UPDATE: Greenworks customer service walked me through all the troubleshooting steps, made sure my well was compatible and high enough PSI, and tried multiple outlets, and the motor is still dead after 1 hour of normal use. I bought a “defective product” and they’ll ship me a new one in 2-3 weeks. I really wish I had just bought a comparable one from a different manufacturer, my entire patio and lanai could’ve been cleaneda long time ago, but I’m still sitting here in purgatory waiting for a new one to show up. Can’t wait to see what critical defect the replacement has. Just finished assembling this earlier today. Went out and started to use it on my lanai and patio. Followed all instructions in the owner’s manual, was only using the turbo washer to clean the concrete floor, didn’t use soap or any other attachments. It worked really well for about an hour, got the steps to my patio cleaned and about 1/4 of the lanai floor clean, I was initially really impressed by how good of a job it did. But then I got a little bored of cleaning the floor, so I decided to switch to cleaning the screen of the lanai. I pointed it up and started spraying, it was working fine. Then I pointed it down and sprayed again, and suddenly the motor died. A trickle of water still flows through the nozzle when the trigger is held, but the motor, which is normally about as loud as a gas-powered lawnmower, now just makes a slight humming noise and there’s no pressure or compression. The unit is still getting power. I’ve tried different outlets and tried plugging other things into the same outlet and the outlet seems to work fine. I tried using it with and without an extension cord, I disconnected and re-connected everything, I let it sit inside in the air conditioned house for 2 hours so it could cool down and still just a slight humming noise. The Owner’s Manual says to call their customer service line if all of these trouble shooting steps fail and it’s still humming. Haven’t been able to speak to a human to figure out what to do next. I can’t recommend this to anyone, please don’t waste your money on something that stops working after 1 hour of normal use. This is planned obsolescence gone too far.Read more

Instructions for assembly stink, but once I looked at pictures and used common sense it went smoothly. As mentioned, this not appear to approach 2000 PSI. Okay for composite decking and siding but for serious cleaning (like wood fencing and concrete or pavers) this is not the unit for you. The convenience of it being electric does make it easy to use and most likely will use it more frequently than hauling out my gas my 3800 PSI gas monster. For the money, not a bad buy. Much better than other electrics I have used.Read more

Love this electric pressure washer! We got it after having our gas powered pressure washer quit, than had it repaired, it worked once, then stopped working again. Decided to switch to electric and could not be happier – this is simple to use, comes with 4 nozzles, has a long electric cord, and is powerful enough for our needs. No more trying to get the gas powered machine to work – now we just go out and turn it on.Read more

Just received it brand new, assemble is easy, but the motor is leaking where garden hose is connected, as seen in the video attached. The high pressure hose connector is rusty already.Read more
