My other half has been using this vitamin for about three weeks now. We have noticed that his hair has been growing healthier, it’s shinier and growing faster, but we haven’t noticed any new hair growth in areas where hair is missing. I think this vitamin is helpful if you are wanting to fortify or nurture your current hair to be healthier, but we can’t say that it regrows or starts new hair growth at this time. It is possible that given more time of proper vitamin intake that it could start new hair growth, but that will be an update for a later time. We give this 4 stars because of the positive nutrient benefits and effects we are currently seeing. Hubby takes Biotin daily. It helps with his hair, skin, and nails. I got him this one to try because it has a few extra ingredients that his other one didn’t have. Thereare 60 capsules and the dosage is 2 capsules per day. He only takes 1 capsule each day, as it would be wasteful to take 2. He has been using right at a month and he typically cuts his hair twice a month, now he is cutting his hair each week, so they obviously work for him. Haven’t seen a reduction in his gray hair, but also have not seen any new gray hairs either. The literature on that is slightly confusing. My best guess is that it doesn’t actually get rid of the gray hair you have, but simply helps by growing hair that is not gray. That makes more sense anyway. Could be wrong though. Hubby’s hair wasn’t thinning, but it is definitely growing faster and is a little bit thicker.Read more
