I did not notice when I bought this product but the first ingredient is erythritol and the second ingredient is monk fruit. Just wish this was more obvious and not a hidden fact about the product.Read more

This has got to be the best food product I’ve bought in a long time! I didn’t completely trust that it wasn’t going to negatively affect my weight, but to my surprise it’s exactly what it says it is and worth every penny. I’ve not gained one pound since using this and I’m using it every day in my coffee. I love the mild “caramel like” flavor it has so I thought I’d use it to make some vegan caramel butter pecan ice cream and WOW! While this was probably the most expensive ice cream I’ll ever eat (Hemp seeds, coconut meat, soy free vegan butter, coconut milk, monk fruit sweetener to make the caramel sauce, raw organic pecans, organic almond milk and flax gel.) for a super creamy, rich ice cream that’s low carb, under 30 net carbs for 2 quarts of ice cream! That’s literally under 4 carbs per cup! It was totally worth it and can’t wait to make my next batch! Who’d guessed that I could make an ice cream that actually makes me loose weight thanks to this amazing sweetener! I can’t say enough about this Monk Fruit Sweetener. It helps make my Keto lifestyle super easy! I’ll order more next time.Read more

I bought both white and golden monk sugars. This is totally my fault for not really researching beforehand. But since you can’t return. I want to make it clear if anyone is looking to use the golden Monk sugar in there rubs. This does not compact and stick together like ordinary brown sugar. This is just like white monk sugar meaning it is granulated and does not compact. 🙁 Now I have six lbs of sugar and a long way off from XMAS baking!!! LOL sucks because it was so expensive!Read more

Love Health garden monk fruit… no maltodextrin! (Maltodextrin raises blood sugar… some of the other brands have maltodextrine or sucrose or glucose in their monk fruit.) It’s sweet enough, and we like the taste… (but after using stevia, I realized that I got used to a really sweet taste). So I bake and cook more with this product. Health garden monk fruit is easy to cook and bake with!Read more

This sugar replacement is by far my favorite out of all of them. All those sugar alcohol does have some carbohydrate count to it, it is very little and if you do not overuse it it will not affect your weight loss Journey at all. I have used this monk fruit for years and although it is very expensive, and I do use it sparingly because of the price, I do enjoy it the most.Read more

I got this for use as a non-sugar sweetener substitute. As such, it worked well. It can be used as a brown sugar replacement. I used it to make cinnamon rolls and home-made ice cream. A bit pricey, but I guess that’s to be expected to stay away from sugar and artificial sweeteners. I was a little disappointed that I hadn’t noticed that the first ingredient is erythritol. I was hoping for more actual monkfruit than anything else. But that may have jacked up the price significantly. At least erythritol is not near as bad as aspartame or sucrolose.Read more

The first ingredient is erythritol a fact not specified unless you read down the entire page. It should be clearly stated in the bullet points at the top of the page since the product contains vastly more erythritol than monk fruit and is itself not a natural sweetener like monk fruit. I could have forgiven all of that but the product is not returnable.Read more
