Received my HI infuser, but could tell the one I received had maybe been returned once already because all the stickers on the outside of the box were ripped showing it had been opened before. Stir marks on bottom of measuring cup and finger nail indentations on the buttons. So definitely the infuser I received was definitely uses before I got it. I still decided to try it out. I only discovered this product a few days ago when I was about to purchase the much more expensive Levo 2 & read about the Hi Machine in multiple reviews from there. I only received this yesterday, but am so satisfied already, and excited about all of the flavorful experiments I plan to use this to make! We made a simple infused butter last night just to test out the machine and I am completely in love! I hope to have an update with more positivity and pictures in the near future. I ordered this to infuse stuff, obviously. Only problem, the item would not turn on. That sounds like a problem and you bet it is! Who powers on all items before use? This time, not me. It is a pretty basic machine. you plug it in and push a button. I got my ingredients ready, poured them into the machine, plugged it in, nothing. I will try and salvage the produce I used, but what a damn mess! But here is what kind of sets me off. When the package arrived, it looked fine. External box in great shape as well as the internal one that the item came in. When looking at the top of the items box, there are 2 security seals on it, to let you know its been unopened since manufacturing. One of them was ripped open, but one was not. I found it odd, but continued. After getting the item open, I notice a huge dent on the side. It shouldnt affect performance so I got over it. But then it dawned on me that this might be a return, or refurb…. Anyway, I never got to test this item. I contacted support, and we agreed its defective out of the box. A new replacement was going to take 1 month. I can order the same and get it in 2 days, so no thanks. I took the refund and will not attempt to buy another one of these. Total mess, I just hope this does not happen to anyone else.Read more

works great for cannaoil . its like a crockpot with a built in blender. may need to filter oil a couple time to get out finer plant particulate because blender really grinds up material to fine particles. it does make noise when blender kicks on for a few seconds every few minutes. sounds like a muffled blender. used evoo first time came out good.Read more

I cannot believe how easy it was to make a pound of butter and clean everything up. Never will I use my instant pot to make butter again. I cannot wait to have the time to make more stuff well and I have to buy some ingredients this little machine is great and it can do 5 cups at a time.
