    This umbrella has been very disappointing. All of it is made of cheap, lightweight plastic. The cheap lightweight plastic button does not work correctly. When you push the button to open the umbrella, it might open, it might not. You are supposed to be able to push the button again to close the umbrella, but this feature doesn’t work. The button always gets stuck in the in the down position when trying to open it. The button will not pop back out like it is supposed to do when ready to close it. You then have to get a screwdriver and poke it behind the button to get it to pop out. That pops the button back out but it doesn’t let the button lower the umbrella, so you have to do it by hand. That doesn’t work either, because the umbrella will not force click into place by hand. Therefore, you have to hold the entire inside cage of the umbrella closed with one hand, gripped against the spring mount pressure. Also, a gust of wind turned the umbrella canopy inside out in no time. That is supposed to be the main selling point of this umbrella and even that doesn’t work. I refer to it as my umbrella. Would not recommend. Do not buy. A waist of money.Read more

    When I got the umbrella I could not wait to use it. As a dog walker it really sucks to walk in the rain. I used the umbrella once and it worked great. Went to use it a second time and now it will not lock to stay folded up. I am very disappointed with only getting one use out of it. I do not recommend getting this one.Read more

    Within the first six months this umbrella stopped opening automatically. Now it won’t even shut manually. Not worth the money When after a few uses in a six month. It breaks.Read more

    This umbrella was a gift and as such I was not worried about returning it however, I guess I should have opened it and checked out the item as it is broken. The piece that would hold the umbrella in place when closed is broken and therefore the umbrella has to be held shut in order to place it in the covering. I am very disappointed as now it is “beyond the return time” and I really would just be looking to have it replaced as the recipient was very happy with everything else.Read more

    I thought I was just ording a good umbrella. I expected the basic umbrella. This umbrella is super-nice. The way it opens and locks itself open. It closes easily. Very well made. The reflective bands are a brilliant detail. The dark blue is also premium. Not just blue but a superb shade of blue. Now, it will probably stop raining.Read more

The only drawback is the inaccurate description of the color – I ordered 01_Dark Blue / Red Ribs and the color is dark-dark-dark blue. You have to try very hard to see the blue cast :)Read more
