The Battery appears to be a nice product “BUT” I have some concerns: Documentation. 1. On the box it states ” Perfect for jump starting 4-6 Cylinder Vehicle, Amazon add states: 8L Gas & 8L Diesel. I will test it out on a 5.3 GM engine and see how that works out, if it works I will be impressed. 2. There is no on/off switch on the back as pictured, no documentation regarding charging at all. Being familiar with the charging technology I plugged my phone charger (USB Type C) into the I/O port and it charges correctly to 100%. 3. It did not start my 5.3 GM. I am returning it. Great idea in a small package, May work well for a small car and as an auxiliary battery for electronic device. The Amazon add needs to be corrected to reflect the actual capability of the product.Read more

This unit struggled to start a 1995 Honda Civic 1.6 with a worn battery still slowly turning on it’s own. I plugged the unit to the starter, stated 13 volts, took three attempts because the unit was timing out, started at 98% ended at 62%. I don’t know what to say. It may be defective. I also began to research the reviews and leads to believe they are not truly registered. Worst part is that they now send me email after email asking I remove my review almost daily. Cheap and terrible product and even worse customer service. Buy your item somewhere else and save yourself the trouble and aggrevation.Read more

I was a little skeptical because it was kinda small. I thought I was buying one that was about the size of the ones I see the AAA guys carrying these days. This one is about half or maybe 2/3 that size. One Friday night, I charged this thing, took it to my Hummer who’s battery was Im guessing 90% dead the next Saturday morning, hooked it up and I will be darn it started perfectly. No slow dragging at all. I was shocked. My Hummer is a toy for me. It sits a lot. So 3 weeks later, she needed another jump. This time I didnt even need to re-charge it. Just took it to the Hummer, clamped it on and boom. Away I went. I am impressed. I didnt buy it for the features but its nice that the gauge tells you how much charge it has, that it has a plug to charge it via a cigarette lighter and also has two plugs for cell phones etc. Definitely recommend. No reason not to buy one to throw in your trunk, just in case.Read more

The media could not be loaded. This jump starter works great! This 2009 F450 had original batteries, with corrosion build up on battery terminals. when cranking it just clicked from the low voltage. The ease of this jump back was a snap. It started on first try. Both batteries were 750cca each total of 1500cca. With 2000-2500cranking amps there was no hesitation when cranking that high compression engine.Read more

I have owned this Imazing car jump starter for about three week now. It has been working well and I am glad with the purchase. I have a 16-Liter Volvo diesel truck. All 4 of my deep cycle batteries were drained running a newly installed bunk heater. During the night, the temp got down to 4 degree Fahrenheit and at 5 a.m. everything shut down. I connected my new Imazing to the batteries and within 3 minutes the truck was charged into life. This product is a life saver and I’ll carry it in my truck as standard equipment from now on.Read more

Description for product is incorrect. It does not have a 15v DC socket as stated. The back has printed on 12V at 6A whice is also wrong. When plugging in a 12V 5A device that is under their specs the power pack immediately shuts off. Only when plugging it in to power do you get the red screen that says it is really 12V 1.5A max. I would not buy this product or trust the brand name, its posting is very misleading.Read more

I don’t know how to contact the vendor other than through this means. Maybe then can assist. I purchased this as a backup to start my diesel truck. I also liked the added features, such as the USB ports and the ability to power other 12 volt items. The light. I do agree with others that it’s not very bright, but it does get the job done. I used it to search for items in dark spaces. It is not made to be some kind of search light. 12 volt auxiliary power. I used it to power a 12volt air pump (not compressor) to deflate a towable air tube. I performed a quick test by turning it on then off – success. I then proceeded to the tube and switched the pump on – nothing. I looked at the unit, and the display no longer works (the display shows the battery percent of the unit). Additionally, the light no longer turned on. Starting a car. I disconnected the pump and then tested to see if it could still start a car. I attached it to my Jeep and it worked. I hope the vendor sees this and has a solution.Read more
