Changed formula no longer fragrance free. It now has a smell to it- they added some kind of herb that smells. Been using this for years don’t know what I’m going to use now.Read more

Very disappointed in product. I was hopeful I had found a truly fragrance free shampoo. This is not for anyone who suffers with MCS. And of course, I could not return the item and I’m out $13.00.Read more

As other reviewers noted, this shampoo and conditioner makes hair fall out. I have no idea why. I used it because it was unscented for about five years, but I noticed (in hindsite) after my hair was coming iut way more than usual whenever I washed it with this shampoo. I thought it was stress or something else but it continued happening. The. I saw a review from someone saying the same thing! So I immediately stopped using it and went back to another brand I used for tears before Jason. My hair did not come out like crazy using my previous shampoo and several months later my thick hair is growing in again. Wow. Shocking that there is something in the Jason unscented shampoo that could do that. (I purchased it elsewhere as well at my health food store, so I don’t know if this is not the real Jason and is a knockoff with harmful ingredients or what.) I’m not taking the chance again. It’s u fortunate because there are so few non toxic fragrance-free shampoo and conditioner options.Read more

Full disclaimer: My hair is an oily mess. About 14 hours after a typical drugstores/salon shampoo wash I typically look like I haven’t washed my hair in several days. At least an inch off the root of my hair is matted down and just an oily mess. If I try to push my wash off for three days after washing my hairs oils have actually gone down to shoulder length and my scalp becomes itchy. At that point, it looks like I should have just drenched my hair in coconut and/or olive oil and left it to set. I’ve washed my hair with this product three times so far and I’ve noticed an immediate change. The first day I noticed that my hair 24 hours after washing still looks fairly good, think dry shampoo (although I”‘ve never been able to use dry shampoo because it still leaves my hair flat against my head and then it turns stringy and still oily) type look. My fine oily hair actually had volume *GASP!* The second day I washed my hair and 10 hours later it looked exactly as I had washed in the earlier morning. The third time I washed my hair was because I had an odor in my hair (I have a fragrance allergy and the friends home I went to had a LOT of fragrance absolutely everywhere. I came home removed the garments I was wearing to immediately put them in the wash, then I realized the scent was in my hair too. I washed my hair for the second time today — the third wash in total — and the offensive odors came out of my hair without any double washing required.) This shampoo is a bit odd in comparison to a regular product. The shampoo doesn’t lather like you would expect from a drugstore and/or salon product. I take one full pump of shampoo in my hands for my mid-back length hair. I gently rub it between my palms and apply directly to the crown of my head. I don’t recommend trying to foam it up in your hands, it’s not going to work well. If you’ve ever touched aloe vera, the semi-thick gel that you buy in a bottle at the drug store you’ll understand what I mean. It’s not a thick product like you may be accustomed to. It’s more slippery than you realize and as a result, you may lose my product than retain in your palms. Overall: Would I recommend this product – ABSOLUTELY! I think this will be my new Holy Grail shampoo. Note: My husband did try this and he didn’t like it. He prefers the shampoos that lather in your palms in comparison to one that you apply directly to the scalp/crown and then work it into the hair.Read more

A lot of bang for your buck with this shampoo. It works great, leaves your hair soft, doesn’t irritate your scalp, is free of harsh ingredients and is unscented…a huge plus. I’ve read a lot if the reviews where people complain of no suds. Well, they are right to a certain extent. Because it is free of sulfates, this shampoo doesn’t really foam up on the first wash. The trick is you have to wash twice. Again, YOU HAVE TO WASH TWICE TO GET SUDS. The second go produces a very thick foamy lather. I recommend this shampoo

This shampoo plays well with my sensitive skin. The product is legitimately fragrance-free, and doesn’t have a funky smell like other fragrance-free products. The best part about this shampoo is that it leaves my hair feeling clean, and it does not weigh it down with additives. It also does not make my hair feel dry, sticky, or breakable like other natural shampoos tend to do. I will order this product again and again. It’s not a con, but one of its traits is that it isn’t quite as sudsy as the common store-bought brand shampoo (i.e. Sauve, etc). This isn’t a downside for me, because I’d rather have a slightly less sudsy product than one that is ridden with chemicals. I typically use a tad bit extra to achieve the soapy lather that I like, and it works just fine. I will purchase again!Read more

I have eczema and to avoid flare ups I have to use unscented/dye free/ sensitive skin products. I’ve tried several shampoos. This was my least favorite. It’s kind of. . . Not watery but . . . Thin. Like, it would look thick in a photo but there’s no substance. You pump it into your hand and it runs through your fingers. It takes a ton of shampoo to spread it through thicker hair. My hair is thickish but stops above my shoulders. I probably needed 6 pumps to wash it. I’d have to shampoo it in sections and get more shampoo for each section. I think the texture is a little like aloe vera gel-not the sticky kind but the kind they use for hand sanitizer. It worked fine. There was no noticable scent. My hair was clean after using it. I didn’t have any skin issues. I could use it if it was provided but I wouldn’t buy it again. FYI-The shampoo I’ve ended up loving after trying this and several others is a scent free one from a company called HairitageRead more

VERY hard on your hair. Does not lather. My hair felt clean, but so dry and brittle I could barely brush out the tangles from washing. I have very healthy hair, but wanted a fragrance free option as I have sensitive skin. This will ruin my hair for sure. Will continue my search for a better option.Read more

El shampoo es muy bueno, no tiene olor y eso me gusta. No me gusto que llego mal empacado y ya se había salido dos dedos del producto. Es un shampoo caro para que no se fijen cómo lo mandan y eviten que se salgaRead more
