I bought this for a drawer that was out side of the recommend measurements. My drawer is 3″ deep I was well aware before I purchased the cutlery as the seller had clearly put the recommended drawer depth on the purchasing page. Even so I am still beyond happy with this item. It is well made took half the space that other holders need. Even though I can not use the two smaller side by side slots (which I new would happen) I am able to use the 3 main holders. They are marked with icons for spoons, knifes and forks. However I put mine so that the handles are in the holder it self and the ends are facing out. Partly to see what is in the holder but also because of the shape of my silverware. If you are okay with not being able to use the side by side holder area this will fit fine in a 3″ drawer. The only struggle I have, and it is minor and the ONLY reason for the 4 stars, is that the back section needs to have utensils placed differently so that the tins or spoons do not catch on the drawer as you open it. I adjusted how I placed my utensils and it works quite well for our needs. Love the construction and quality workmanship!! I purchased two, and find them to be quite ideal when trying to compact drawer space. In addition, I had another smaller bamboo utensil tray that I was able to fit between the two, giving me the ultimate in space and organization. I just bought this silverware organizer and I love how spacious it makes my drawers now and it’s great that all the silverware fits perfectly. Its well made and looks very nice.. My only issue is that I paid $29.99 for it and now they have it marked as $17.99 less than a week after I bought mine. I’m buying another one as a gift but it sucks that I paid $12 more for the first one.Read more

It is a briliant idea if you have modern, quite flat(ish) utencils, and preferably a small set. So issues so far: *Curvature of forks makes them to “stand up” after shimming the draw and it jams. *soup spoons are too fat to go in properly. *can’t fit there much in first place. * had it not that long, so didn’t need to do a big clean yet, but I think it will be hard to get to bottom to wipe it out Solution could be to put it in handles first, yet that would mean stabbing myself on forks and touching “eating parts” of utensils when trying to get them out. Cleaning wise wrap a cloth on knife and do it that way hard to reach bits. Overall it has it’s own issues, but it’s not that bad I would give it 4*, but can’t after listing all that above

Be sure to MEASURE your drawers before putting this in. We did so and that’s why we’re so happy with the purchase. It’s the perfect size and has made our lives so much better. We didn’t even know these existed for such small drawers, but it’s truly a game changer for organization. As you can see, it’s also easy to close the drawer even with the utensils at a slight angle. I’ll admit that sometimes if some utensils over lap a little bit, closing or opening the drawer can suck, but this honestly barely happens. It’s SO worth the money. It’s also truly a pretty piece of work. The wood finish we bought matches our kitchen style perfectly. I ordered the bamboo tray which is very pretty and seems sturdy. Unfortunately, it does not accomodate my 5-piece setting for 8. The two end slots are just too shallow to hold 8 pieces of firks and spoons on each side. Still trying to figure out if there is a way to make it work or perhaps use for tools or sewing equipment.Read more

I really liked the concept of this, it saves a bunch of space and even has the little labels for silverware. The big issue is in the design – the forks do not fit well the handles end up sticking up oddly and you have to slide them in just right to even get them to fit. It ended up being too much of a pain for us so we keep spoons and knives in it and moved forks to their own container…Read more

Ottimo prodotto. Assolutamente robusto e di qualitá. Attenzione alla lunghezza delle vostre posate, io ho provato con tutte quelle che avevo, ma (guarda foto) sporgono nella parte bassa verso l’esterno. Quindi non posso tenere il portaposate attaccato all’anta, verso il basso. Probabilmente l’effetto finale è comunque “disordinato” ma è un oggetto estremamente comodo perchè recupera davvero molto spazio. Occhio anche all’altezza utile disponibile del cassetto (come indicato in descrizione almeno 8cm) perchè le posate inserite ne aumentano l’ingombro in altezza; rischiate che non vi si chiuda il cassetto.
