You might say a bit pricey; but, I have five American Bullies (three 6 mos. pups) and these things will last over a year. I have some that I’ve thrown away because they get too small; but they take a long time to get there. These don’t have the KNUCKLES/KNEE JOINTS and so they are very safe for hard chewers. I’m not saying a particular dog can’t break them and ingest a portion that would cause harm – but you should be monitoring them to avoid that. My dogs are insiders and we keep an eye on them. These bones have the marrow which is really what they are after. Once the marrow is gone, they still chew on them if they are nervous chewers, or, they are bored. I have a suggestion, as well: put some of the “Kong, Easy Chew” in them and place them in the freezer for a bit – it replaces the marrow and they love it! We call the “Easy Chew” the “dog ‘cheez whiz’. Anyway, you cannot go wrong with these. I buy the ten-pack and put them in the “play bin” at night. You do not want to engage these things going to the bathroom at 2 a.m.!Read more

My 120 lb labs loved this. 1 eats anything but is always looking to get into trouble. This kept him occupied for hrs. The other is more picky. He loves to play with those silicone type toys.. the really hard ones. Anyway he goes at it all day. Since he does, eventually after a few days, he wears it down and little pieces start coming off. We were concerned about him swallowing them. We tried to sub many things & then these. At first no interest.. but after a day , sure enough he started chewing and loves them! Now he’s really cut back on the toys & chews on the bones a lot more. Info to know: after the first day, those bones got stinky.. (yes my huge babies are indoor dogs mostly). Anyway, don’t give up it goes away pretty quickly & the dogs keep chewing..also watch out, those bones are hard & hurt if u stub your toe on them. I will definitely be buying more though. Their pricey but they last! Oh, and mine were not hollow.. plenty to chew on & enjoy!Read more

I have been purchasing their bones for several months now and they are the only bones I’ve come across that satisfy my 3YO lab. She has jaws of steel and these are so strong they capture her attention for hours. I’ve bought every variety they have, and each order comes fresh, meaty and safe. When she’s done with them, the puppies I foster enjoy them too while teething. It’s a win-win for all of us. I recently had delivery issues with Amazon, and Ava at K9 Connoisseur went above and beyond to resolve to my utmost satisfaction. I highly recommend them and have chosen this seller as my new supplier. I hope you will too – they’re GREAT!!!Read more

I gave these a low rating because they are not meaty bones, I dont know if that is my fault for not understanding what I was actually buying or not. But the picture is very misleading, it looks like they have meat on them. When you get them the bones almost seem like they have a seasoning baked into them. The marrow looks like it’s almost all baked away and it generally something I would pass up if I saw it on the shelf at a pet store in favor for something a little more natural looking. Generally when I give them to my pooches they will disappear and go to town for hours on end. They are very “eh” about this product. I’ve had they out a whole day and they look largely untouched. I wont be buying this product again, definitely did not deliver for me or my dogs.Read more

Both of my dogs, a 55lb pitbull AND 8lb chihuahua, went to town with this bone. The pit obviously did the most damage by devouring the outside and inside of the bone. My chihuahua liked it too but I don’t allow her too much time chewing on the bone due to her small teeth. The pics show what is left of the bone after the outside layer and inside stuffing is gone. My pit still chews on it and as you can see, the bone is still in tact, no splinters. It’s been approximately 2 weeks since I purchased the bone. And friendly customer service rep (Ava) followed up after the purchase to confirm the product arrived on time and if there were any issues.Read more

I have 2 Boxers and 1 Pitbull, needless to say they’re big dogs and all 3 of mine are aggressive chewers. These bones are perfect for them! This was actually my second order. We still have the ones from the first order a few months back, but the dogs keep taking them outside and I got tired of hunting for them in the yard. Lol. I’ve bought bones like this in the past, but these are best by far. First of all they are thick and last forever. They are stuffed with marrow, and best of all, the color/flavoring (the dehydrated meat) of the bones doesn’t get all over the carpet. These bones don’t crumble so you don’t have to worry about stepping all over the leftovers. I highly suggest these bones!! I will definitely order more of these!!Read more

My golden is a very aggressive chewer. This bone is fine for supervised chewing, but she can’t be left alone with it. It definitely holds her attention for quite a bit, but once she starts wearing away at the edges, which are a bit thinner than other brands, I have to take it away. If your dog isn’t as aggressive or strong a chewer, these bones are great. Dogs certainly love them.Read more

Each of these kept my ~40 lb border collie busy for a solid hour, hour and a half STRAIGHT when first given to her. Most things I buy are either completely gone in 10 minutes or she loses interest in a similar amount of time. I’d say she got maybe 3-5 hrs total chew time out of each one before losing interest permanently. That’s the best I’ve found so far with this kind of product.Read more
