This is by far one of the best headphones that I’ve purchased for my kids. The headphones are loud but not too loud for kids, the earmuffs are thickly padded and soft. It fits my 5 year old son perfectly! It also fits me and I’m a 5’7 woman! On the side are volume switches and a on and off switch. The lights can be turned off to conserve battery life and when you want it on, it lights up and flashes with the rhythm of the beats! The bluetooth feature is great for any device that has it. My son uses it with his iPad and it works great! The product also comes with an audio cable and whiled plugged in, it can be used for phone calls, which is cool! This was a great purchase and I highly recommend it. This will make a great Christmas or birthday present for the young one!Read more

Okay so we have bought kids wireless headphones in the past… This is our kids third pair. We searched around a bit for some for our six yr old daughter and six yr old niece and were torn at the less than quality earphones we found in our price range. I then thought let look at Riwbox, since we have purchased some in the past, and were impressed with quality and sound. So we found these really cute cat ear headphones. Kids loved them!!! From the lights to the comfy fit, the girls could have been happier with a tech gift. As I hoped for Riwbox didnt skip on putting quality to this product. from sound to features you get things you would only expect from a $200 + pair of headphones for less than $30..! I am not sure how Riwbox does it, but we have found a hidden gem in this companies headphones.. My wife and I are now thinking about complete wireless earbuds for us, so i am going to see what Riwbox has in a cost effective pair and hope for the quality we got from them with our kids headphones.Read more

In many ways these are really excellent. The limited volume and playfulness of the cat ear motif was just what I was looking for for my daughter. She loves these headphones and had used them almost daily with her kindle, though we’re pretty strict about time limits. There haven’t been any complaints about comfort and she doesn’t turn the volume up because the audio is quite clear. The trouble was that a 2-1/2 year old can be pretty rough about taking them off when told time is up. She had a bad habit of stretching them too wide (almost twice the width of her head) to remove them and managed to break the frame just before her 3rd birthday. Unfortunately the middle section of the headband has a weak point at the hinge where the lower half can break off. After this happened, I bought her a different set of non-cat ear headphones that had a more robust looking design. They were almost the same color scheme and the same colorful lights, but she immediately commented on the lack of cat ears. Kitty ears in her words. Well this was expected and the new pair was meant to become a backup should I successfully fix the broken part. Why not just buy a new pair of the same headphones you might ask? While the price is low enough that spending the time to figure out a repair is not necessarily worth my time, I just couldn’t bear sending more plastic to the landfill or trust the new pair to last any longer. So I fixed them. After the repair I put them back in the spot we have designated for charging. My daughter immediately found them on her own and hasn’t used the other pair since. She is more careful with them after the consequence of losing them for a few weeks. So despite having to come up with a repair, these headphones are well loved. This is because they are easy to use and very attractive to a little one. They lose a star for making me do a small bit of work. To speak to the fix. This want too bad, but without any kind of manual I had to take my time to not make anything worse. The plastic covers near the hinge can be pried off with a bit of care, see the attached pictures. The upper cover keeps the hinge pin from sliding out. Once removed, the pin is easily pushed out. I was only able to partially pry the cover off the lower half of the hinge. This allowed me to glue the broken pieces back together. Because the lower cover creates a seam where it snaps over the part that broke, I glued that as well to add some reinforcement to the joint. Honestly I’m a little surprise that the manufacturer doesn’t do this already. From what I could tell, the cover wasn’t really meant to come off. I recommend that dexterous parents who want to make these last a bit longer go ahead and glue this seam. The material is probably ABS and an appropriate glue could form a bond on the molecular level. DAP rapid fuse worked for me.Read more

Bought these for my youngest to use with her ipad because of the nice features. Biggest positive feature is the sound level of 85dB (you can never be too careful when it comes to young ears). Other bonus would be the ability to use as wireless headphones and wired when the battery gets low. She loves how the headphone “ears” change colors. Nice and cute for young ones. This is our second set of Riwbox headphones and the quality is excellent.Read more

Great headset for my child. The sound is really good. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it is. I did test the mic and it worked on PC in discord fairly well but the mic quality isnt super great but it will do the job. The bluetooth worked well. It was super quick and easy to pair to his tablet. Comfort wise its a bit conforming to the ears and therefore I dont think its good for extended listening periods of a few hours or more or it might start hurting the ears. Its constructed very well. A nice hard plastic that doesnt feel cheap in any way. It seems very sturdy. The lights are pretty bright and rotate through a flashing color scheme. Customer service offers an extended warranty and when I inquired they were quick to respond and enabled my 1 year warranty. So thats fantastic.Read more

The headphones split on one of the sides where it folds and so I contacted the seller as I was given a warranty for my previous review. They were quick to reply, very nice and prompt and while it was a bit difficult ordering a new one and using the code they gave me (user error I assume), it was not a terrible experience. Overall I ended up paying .39 to replace my daughters headphones. Hope they last longer than 2 weeks. My daughter bought these headphones with her birthday money since she keeps breaking them and I refused to buy anymore (yup, sure mom). My daughter and I love that the headphones light up, though we both wish it could be turned off (and maybe it can but I haven’t bothered to look). They seem durable enough for a 10 year old. Not sure of the sound quality but I haven’t heard any complaints yet, granted we have only had them a week. So far so good.Read more

This is a very good set of bluetooth headphones for kids. It connected to the computer easily, the design is very cute and the lights are very fun. When connected to the computer, it provides two modes: headphones or headset. In headphones mode, the sound is clear and good quality, but there is no microphone functionality. In headset mode, it enables a microphone, but the sound quality drops drastically, and the mic quality is very muffled. So, I’d really only recommend this as headphones, not for doing voice chat. The build quality seemed solid, but after a few months the plastic earpiece was broken. Thankfully, the product comes with a 1 year warranty and making a claim was fast and easy, just keep your registration card. Will make sure to be a little more careful with the replacement :)Read more

This is a very good product for kids, with decent sound quality. Please note this does not have active noise cancellation. Also, we charge the headphones every day, so we never had the chance to see how long it lasts. One suggestion it to replace the on/off slider/switch with a regular button that you can push.Read more
