My Physical therapist showed me the way to put the tape on my shoulder to keep all of the connecting muscle groups from crossing over each other. The crossing was causing a lot of muscle pain including interrupting my sleep! Now I am doing my prescribed exercises and the tape keeps every part of the shoulder where it belongs. Me, I am happy to be almost completely pain free, thanks. Ordering was convenient and it comes in colors. I checked with my PT and she said it was very similar to what they use in the clinic. I mainly got the tape for preventing blisters on my feet when hiking all day and also to have on hand for other uses. It sticks and stays in place way better than a stretchy cloth bandaid on my feet. I’m impressed! Once on I can’t even tell it’s there. No pulling or irritating skin. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this tape until recently and how great it is for so many things! This tape was purchased as an alternative to the physical therapist provided tape, which was pretty expensive. The physical therapist actually recommended I shop Amazon for the tape without directing me to any particular brand. I took it to her for instructions on how to apply it to my achilles tendon. As far as she was concerned, it was as good as the tape the facility used. It adheres well as long as you round the corners of the pieces you cut. I shower with it. As long as I get it dry before going to bed, I don’t have any problem with it coming off. It’s not superglued to your skin, so it takes a little trial and error (and common sense) to get it applied in such a way that it doesn’t catch on something that will lift the corners and get the adhesive dirty. That’s why it is important to round the corners before applying. And, you can’t leave this stuff on for more than 5 days straight without a break of about a day. It’s also dependent on your skin sensitivity. But, like a band aid, you’ve got to give your skin a break. Lastly, you need good, sharp scissors to cut this stuff cleanly. Otherwise, you’ll mangle the edges.Read more

I found that this tape has a better hold than the KT tape. I have had it on my knee before for over a week. It was looking more ratty than it was coming off. Even taking 2 showers a day it held fast. Taking it off was easy and did not hurt, but it was still secured enough if I wanted to leave it on. I use it when I exercise, play golf and pickleball. My PT told me about it and now I order and use it on my own. Good product. I do prefer the pre-measured tape. Just easier for me.Read more

I’ve tried everyone under the sun. If I leave other tape on for more than 6 hours that will irritate and even rip my skin. This tape I can tape on after training and leave on my shoulder/chest area for 24 hours or more. No rash, cuts, ripped or irritated skin. I will continue to buy this tape. Thank you.Read more
