This thing here is a behemoth!!! I bought it as an upgrade to my WolfWise pop up shower tent because it turned out to be too small for my husband to use for showering and the gusty winds at the beach kept warping it. I found this tent to be just the right size for upgrade and the reviews with pictures on it seemed adequate and reasonable. As soon as I started setting it up, I was hilariously SHOCKED at the actual size of this thing
all my reviews are now rejected –
Packs smaller than other similar items, and the poles are straight! Curved plastic joints between top fiberglass poles and side steel poles mean you don’t waste space on curved metal poles in the bag. Yes, it really does go back into the factory bag without a big hassle. I wish the stitches weren’t so far apart (looks like it might not last as well as finer/tighter stitched products), and I wish the zippers were two directional. To run a shower hose in the window, you have to unzip from one corner of the arched window, rather than putting the hose wherever you like and pulling TWO zipper pulls up against it to keep the bugs out. Floor is sturdy and non-removable, mesh around poly tarp keeps out some debris but does let mud in if you put it in a low spot. Needs to be staked AND guyed in all but the lightest wind and/or if you’re hanging a water bag inside… by itself it will collapse in a spiral if loaded. Front door zippers start at top and bottom left (from outside), meet at lower right (which means you have to bend over to move either zipper). Again, TWO zipper pulls and a continuous single zipper (vs. the butting junction at lower right) would be more convenient. Can be set up with only one person, but that requires flopping it on its side (which could tear it or just get dirt on it). I like the zip-open window but wish BOTH windows would open. The bottom line? I’m keeping it because it’s so wide and so tall that anyone (except pro basketball players) can comfortably shower and dress inside.Read more

Tent is easy to set up and it went up faster with two people. We used it for two weeks up in the mountains camping this past September. It stood up to wind and a thunderstorm plus 2″ inches of rain. The size is the best. We are able to shower without touching the sides. We also used it to hang towels and light weight clothing to dry. We like that the zipper goes all around to the floor to help keep critters out. Should mention we staked it and it didn’t budge in the wind. The floor drained well on uneven ground. So chubby and large campers rejoice you will be able to stand, bend over and never touch walls of this tent.Read more

I read the other reviews about this before ordering. It was everything I was looking for to take camping with me. The instructions are on the bag it comes in an attached to it. That’s a plus in its favor. It was fairly easy to assemble by myself, and took about 20 minutes the first time. My guess is that it will only take me 5-8 minutes the next time, since I won’t need to consult the instructions so much. It is very tall and roomy. In fact, a friend was there with us and wanted to check it out. He is 6’11” tall, and could stand up fully in it. He would have to crouch a little to shower his head, but he’s used to that, even at home. I especially liked the attached floor. It’s nice to not have flies and bugs crawling on you when nature calls. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a portable bathroom enclosure.Read more

This makes a great shower tent for camping. It is pretty large inside and could be setup as a changing room or porta potty. The only complaint I have using as a shower is it holds water in the middle. Around the sides have mess for drainage but the main floor is solid like a tent floor and if you don’t have a spot to setup with a slope for it to drain then you will be standing in water. It does seem to hold up well in the wind.Read more

Just received this. We managed to put it up despite poorly explained (and microscopic) instructions and illustrations only because we’ve set up a lot of tents. The top wasn’t sewn correctly and some stitches ripped out-minor issue; I can reinforce the correct stitches and put sealant over them. However, that forced us to install the roof poles in a different order. Other than still needing to create an access hole for our outdoor RV shower head and hose this is a pretty good tent. I’ll update this review after some use.Read more

This is my third brand of tent and this is by far the best. I have it setup on my patio poolside so people can change out of their wet clothes before coming inside. Fine mesh around the bottom and top let air flow inside to facilitate drying while keeping the critters and insects out. Plenty of room to move around inside. I just tied the top to canopy weights and it barely moves. I just have to respread the legs occasionally. You could tie a line from the corners to the weights and eliminate the need to do that.Read more

Zero Stars! Broke first time using! Solar shower clips broke immediately upon setting the bag in place and then the fiberglass rods holding the tent shattered. Bought early to take with us on summer camping trip and missed return window by 10 days. Our old Ozark Trail one with aluminum poles has lasted over 10 years, we just wanted this one because it was bigger. Don’t buy! Waste of money!!Read more
